Hello this is Patricia and I want to give Scooters Coffee three stars because while I am grateful to have it and appreciate the coffee when it’s good, it’s been hit or miss depending on the day and sometimes the coffee is too strong or tastes kinda watery and the quality hasn’t been great lately especially compared to the Starbucks down the road which always seems to have the same flavor every time and I remember one time my drink was actually good but the foam was way too frothy and honestly that was disappointing and I do still appreciate the employees for trying even though sometimes things don’t always go as planned and like honestly the last time I went I spilled my whole drink all over my car—but I think that may have been my fault because I honestly can’t remember exactly—but either way it was an accident and I’m still thankful for the place and the convenience and I hope they can improve the consistency of the drinks because it really would make a difference and even though I’ve had some frustrating experiences I do still like having Scooters nearby but I’m probably just gonna go to Starbucks more often from now on but thank you for being here anyway!

I absolutely love this place. The employees are a joy to speak to. They are kind, patient and friendly. My favorite drink they know exactly how to make it perfectly everytime, I'm picky. And they know me by name and are always asking how I'm doing. This is always a very pleasant experience. Keep up the amazing work 👏 💕🙏😊

The girl didn't know what a triple shot moca was. I asked for a 16 oz (med) and the gave me a small coffee and charged me $9.00 for it. Will never go back!

Water. They sell water... It looks like coffee. But it tastes like nothing. It's not bad because it has no flavor to be bad. Honestly, though, it's an interesting experience. Imagine how weird it would be to bite into a juicy looking orange, and it tastes like pure spring water. Drinking coffee at Scooters is kind of like that.

Meh. So-so coffee at a high price. Not impressed. Order taker didn't seem to care about her job or customer satisfaction.
It's a drive-thru nobody was exceptionally nice or rude however I am floored at the price for the hot cocoa. If it tasted good it would be okay to splurge on a cup of hot cocoa... However I believe the cost is higher than Starbucks and I would have rather had Swiss Miss in a cup of water... Tastes like hot milk.
