The place was a mess, water and soda on the soda counter, Pepsi wasn't working let staff know and all she said was ya we know it's hooked up but don't know what's wrong g with it. [Probably hooked up wrong]. Food and papers all over counter where they make food and on the floor. Most of the tables were dirty from not being washed off after customers leave. A Dad, Mom and their daughter waited 30 minutes or more for their order. Manager did refund their money for having to wait so long. As for my husband and I, we wont be back to the Moberly Taco Bell.

The girls working drive thru tonight literally threw our food out the window to us. And then they slammed the window shut. Hairs were found in my soft taco, the hard taco tasted as though one of the ingredients was absolutely rotten. Possibly the tomatoes but I'm not entirely sure. The chalupas were the only thing that tasted as they should but I was too off put by having multiple hairs in the soft taco that I couldn't really eat anything else and threw the rest away. It's disgusting finding one hair, let alone the entire taco full of someone's else's hair. We will not be back. Gross 🤢

It’s Taco Bell who does not like Taco Bell it is good and it’s fast and yummy every time
Unbearably slow service. Sitting in line for a half hour for a mobile order or any order at a fast food restaurant is absolutely ridiculous. Do better.

If you go during the day during "normal business hours" when they have their regular manager working I assume, everything is great. I highly recommend. When the kids take over at night, and most of the weekend, DON'T GO! Save yourself the trouble, please. Also, please don't make any Door Dash people go and deal with the kids either. Those are my suggestions for a great experience!

Consistently good option for fast, tasty, affordable food. Great online only specials. Easy pickup. Only ever had a couple problems with food in 3 years and they always fixed it. You're better off picking it up yourself vs door dash if you want to avoid frustration.
Parking: Careful driving in and out from Morely St, it's uneven and will mess up your undercarriage if you re-enter traffic too quickly

Went to try the chicken nuggets... Not a fan. Still one of my favorite restaurants, but, I'll stick with the regular Taco Bell menu.
