ordered at drive through, told them our order, confirmed on the screen, got to the window and she hands us order, look in top of bag, no cinnamon twists, finally got those and then get home to eat and I ordered a number 3 with soft shell taco and there was no soft shell taco.

The food is ok, not healthy of course. What fast food is. Pricing is pretty reasonable for a fast food place. That all said the problem is the location and service. There's almost always dirty tables, floors, etc. Some of the staff don't treat each other well. I shouldn't hear then insulting new or long term staff. They also seem to be out of things frequently. I can place an order and pay for it. 5 minutes later there's a call from the counter that...

If you go during the day during "normal business hours" when they have their regular manager working I assume, everything is great. I highly recommend. When the kids take over at night, and most of the weekend, DON'T GO! Save yourself the trouble, please. Also, please don't make any Door Dash people go and deal with the kids either. Those are my suggestions for a great experience!
