They weren't busy, we were the only vehicle and they still made us pull up past the window to wait. they have NO excuse for not adding the cheese, sour cream, and hot sauce that was requested. It's on the reciept! Furthermore, NOBODY will answer the phone even though they are super slow at 7pm.

The management can't seem to get enough staff to work. So your setting in line for like well last night was 40min in the drive thru the fries were cold and nasty my nuggets were hard and cold but the wife's chicken sandwich was hot just everything else was nasty so in my recommendation is to eat elsewhere and get better food

Waited for at least 10 minutes, no one acknowledged us even though there were at least six employees we could see from the counter. Gave us time to observe multiple employees not wearing gloves while preparing food, including the girl working the fry station who was picking up food with her bare hands and then pulling her pants out of her rear. 🤮 We left without ordering.

Coldest Wendy's on planet Earth. I am not kidding. I swear it was snowing inside when we were leaving. Service was okay. Of course my burger was wrong, but I was fine.
My husband stopped to get a Dave's single burger, told them no catsup and when opened it it had catsup on it, and was all over the wrapper. Very disappointed in the service there.

I went to Columbia and stopped by Moberly and went to Wendy's. The guy that took my order was one of the nicest people that I have met in a long time in a fast food restaurant. He actually made me smile and made my day better. The fries and burger were very good. The chocolate frosty was pretty good with the fries. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
