I give this place a “0” star for their night shift. I have 30 minutes for a lunch break and only work 1 minute away. I wasted my full time waiting for my food. I paid for it and they had me park. 30 minutes still no food and 5 cars got their food. This is ridiculous. I talked with the manager, all he was said “sorry, we don’t know what happend”. He tried to blame it on the window worker. I had to ask for my money back. I will be following up with corporate on this. So if you’re on a short lunch break, do not go there.

Don't come here for lunch. You will sit in the line for 20 to 30 minutes before you even order. They are unorganized and unbearably slow. They have you wait to order so that it looks like they have good drive thru times, no matter how many people are in line.

Just went through the drive thru and was told there was a bus that just came in so they can't take any drive thru orders for 15 minutes. Apparently they can't take dining room and drive thru orders at the same time.

They're always out of everything that matters. What exactly is the store manager doing? The service was subpar this evening, they actually laughed when I tried to order a salad. We won't be back. Which is unfortunate, this restaurant won't survive in this small town with the "service" we were provided and the lack of care. Stop hiring drug addicts and it might actually survive. Ugh. My chicken on my salad was cooked so many hours before it was even placed on this salad. I've taken pictures for proof and I'm posting to our local Facebook group. I don't want ANYONE getting food poisoning because of this establishment.

The manager is a word I will not say. She is rude and needs to calm down at work... It's not that serious... And not everyone wants free food. So believe them when they say you got something wrong

We had the Dave's single and the Dave's double and that was the best fast food burger we've had in a long time! The burgers were juicy and cooked perfectly, the lettuce and tomatoes were fresh! 100% would recommend to go here. We sure miss our Hannibal one, but this location is awesome! Great work!

We waited 40 minutes for our food because the person running the drive through had cleared our order before giving us food. So our order was lost. Everyone in the building except the manager were clumsy and careless with orders and food service. Even after waiting 40 minutes, the food was cold and unsalted. The only thing that saved this from being a zero star review, was the manager. She was working super hard to contain the caos and even offered more food for the wait being so long. Otherwise, if you are hungry for wendys, go find a different location.
