I’ve worked fast food before, so I completely get it. The manager on duty at the time, Forsyth Hayes, was very difficult and snobby towards me and my friend.
Very disappointed in this as myself and my friend both love Arby’s. Unfortunately we will not be returning.
They got our order wrong through drive through, and when we corrected them, the manager offered free dessert and informed us he already gave us our drinks for free. He did not. We ordered meals, drink included. We don’t want dessert or free drinks. We wanted our order how we ordered it.
I asked for a full refund in which I would apply the funds to a new meal, and he brought my change out to me about 45 minutes later. We paid in cash.
Not extremely happy with this, as I was treated with condescension and rudeness.
The rest of the staff were very kind and respectful. I have no issues with them, only the shift manager Forsyth Hayes.

Went through drive thru. Fries and curly could have been a tad bit hotter. Overall, order was good.

Arbys always has the best customer service out of all the fast food places in town. There all wonderful people and very nice professionals.

Had possibly the worst sandwich I’ve ever had at Arby’s. The angus cheese steak was too tough to chew, tasteless, and, I think, cheese-less!! The only recognizable flavor was the nasty garlic sauce. My wife and I spent nearly $30 for two sandwiches, fries, and drinks. Never again!🤨

Ordered 1/4 pound brisket, jalapeño bites, lemonade in the drive-thru. Got my food and left, opened the bag, and had fries. Drove around the block and took it back. While waiting for my jalapeño bites, I took a drink of lemonade, but it was only water. The shift manager told me the machine had been acting up. I asked him why, if he knew the machine was broken, he kept serving lemonade. I got home, started to eat the brisket sandwich, and got a whiff of a smell that can only be described as a fishing boat. Unedible trash.

Me and my fiancée decided to eat out tonight. She said we should Arby's and I agreed. We looked at the menu together and decided she would get the chicken cordon blue for $12.09 and I would get the ¼lbs brisket meal for $17.09. After getting our food and settling down back home we opened the bag to find my supposed ¼lbs brisket was half the size of her chicken and ham sandwich. I also found that the was no pickles, no sauce, and a pitiful 3 slivers of brisket. Thinking this can't be right, and that this isn't a ¼lbs sandwich, we returned to the restaurant. Upon arrival the manager was very dismissive about my concerns explaining that they ran out of pickles (didn't inform me) and that they just forgot the sauce. They also claimed that the 3 strips did in fact equal ¼lbs and that many customers ask the same question. So leaving quite upset and annoyed I returned home and looked into this, finding other people's meals being much more plentiful and filled out. Seeing how I was underserved, underwhelmed, and completely disregarded, I will not be likely to return to this mediocre restaurant.

The leadership team, probably made up of area manager, district manager and, as I am told, someone with president in their title was spread out taking up eight or so spots in the middle of the dining room while lecturing the new general manager during lunchtime today. To be honest, I would expect any customer-focused business to know better. First, hard-working folks don't go to Arby's to hear about your food cost, labor cost and how other stores are doing. You are in the hospitality business. Lunchtime is time to leave business behind and enjoy a tasty treat. Airing your laundry in public is inhospitable. Second, it is beyond disrespectful to paying customers to take up so much prime real estate during lunch time. To be blunt, you should recognize that you are the LEAST IMPORTANT people in the building and make yourselves scarce. For Pete's sake, take your ego party to the back of the house. The staff was friendly, as always. But it was as plain as the nose on your face they were rolling out the Dog and Pony Show for the important people. -Pathetic.- Do yourselves a favor and learn to treat every customer like a bigwig. It is also insulting to see how good service can be when the bosses have an excuse to pay for it. Do better.
LOVE this location. EVERY time I go here all the employees go above and beyond! Wait time has never been long, very welcoming and polite... Chick-fil-A be having some competition 😏
