This experience was unacceptable. The staff appeared disorganized and untrained one person was taking all the orders while the manager spent most of the time talking instead of managing. They clearly had no sense of urgency. The food tasted awful, the floors were filthy, and to top it off, it looked like someone had already taken a bite out of my chicken frie. Completely unprofessional. Also they charged for the wrong thing and didn’t know how to fix it.

Good whopper and fries. Like the fact they had root beer. Friendly and good service. The cashier noticed my husband's vietnam veteran's hat asked if he was a vet and gave us a military discount.

While waiting over 30 minutes for my food, the girl putting it together is wiping her hands in her crotch and coughing all over everything 🤢 the girls back there are fighting and bickering about everything imaginable. They don’t even know who ordered what… I paid close to 60$, if you’re going to charge sit in restaurant prices hire non methed out staff who knows how to handle food.

Food was decent, service was good! However, there was not one employee taking the time to clean the dining room. The tables were dirty inside the dining room, and they had dried food on the ones in the play area. The children's play area was also insanely unclean by dinner time. The bathrooms....you couldn't use a toilet, as there was excrement on the seats, and one toilet was full of excrement. I'm astounded at the lack of cleanliness, especially since the COVID pandemic.

Ordered a coupla whopper combos and a nugget kids meal. Everything was hot,fresh and correct 😁 the staff was courteous and on point. The whopper is one of my guilty pleasures and the kids dig the chicken fries 🍟 Nuff Sed! 🤙 dropped by on the fly. We don't have a BK in my town so I grab it when I'm close. Greatly prefer them over the competition! Nuff Sed! 🤙
It's burger king, you don't expect much.... The desolate parking lot.... Fresh food isnt expected.... Just be edible!

It helps to train all employees on what all comes on sandwiches. The cashier told us wrong, and I am trying to stay away from dairy. I could not eat my sandwich. Fries were fresh. Just think all should either be cross trained, or watch a video on what all comes on the sandwiches. Sometimes the screens on the ordering side will show what all comes on the sandwich. Thank-you.
