Our favorite place to eat in town. We have been going for 7 years since we moved to Monett and it just gets better. I don't think we have ever gotten anything that wasn't good. And the service is great!

Always get freshly prepared meals here. My favorite is the small Chicken Avocado Salad with Chipotle Dressing (shown). Husband's choice for this meal was a Hot Roast Beef Sandwich.

My wife and I walked in Sunday around noon to a packed house. We were not greeted. After 10 minutes of watching employees walk past us with no regard, I was getting annoyed. Another guest that had arrived shortly after us finally tried asking one of the passing employees about the necessity of waiting to be seated, and was told rather abrasively that he'd have to wait. Not one ounce of customer service in her tone or demeanor. Had she been courteous at all, we would have stayed. She wasn't, so we ate McDonald's instead.
I will say that the Sunday breakfast buffet looked absolutely amazing. All sorts of breakfast casseroles and even poached eggs! I was looking forward to trying it out.
Had the pecan Carmel waffle eggs and bacon... I enjoyed it

I really think that this place needs to shut down until they can get their roach problem under control. I was sitting having breakfast with my mother and thought that there was a piece of hash brown on the table in front of me that had spilled off my plate, and when I picked it up with my napkin, I realized it was a cockroach that was crawling across the table while we were sitting there eating. I will say the restaurant did comp both of our breakfasts as they should have . The waitress was very nice. The food seem to taste ok. thought it was actually good. But after showing them that I had just killed a cockroach on the table by trying to eat in the middle of our meal, I was informed that they have a bug problem and have been Battling with cockroaches for some time. I’m sorry shut down your doors get your roach problem in control and then reopen your doors. Having them crawling across your table while eating is unacceptable.

Food was excellent. They were very busy & service was still pretty good. It would have been 5 stars overall if our waitress had smiled and seemed a little happier to be there. Still highly recommend this restaurant.
