Ice cream was yummy but these Grill and Chills don't work for me. Much prefer the older open air ones. The one in New Smyrna Beach, FL is fantastic

Got our food at 9:45 dinning in. At 9:59 employee came to our table and asked if we were about done because they close at 10 pm. Be awhile if we go back. Also had to order chicken strips , said they were out of hamburger patties.
They microwaved my food right in front of me.
Tasted like freezer burnt meat.
Window attendant was nice but not friendly....food was crap.
Very good service, the young people are always very friendly. The food and their cones are also delicious.
Very good food and service. I had a burger combo with fries and soda. It was out fast and spot-on quality-wise. Much more affordable than another burger spot just down the road, too. I like the older building and the retro booths. Reminds me of simpler times. I'll for sure be adding this place to my favorite spots for a quick lunch.

The food is always hot and fresh when I eat here the staff is friendly just great service all the way around ....
Great food and service
Visited twice as moving to the area. Good food as normal DQ. Used drive thru service..all other DQs have offered my puppy a pup cup. I will never ask just the way I am so maybe that's on me. The service is fast but employees I've had so far seem cold when trying to engage w exchange. Who wouldn't be happy see a puppy. Don't trust those people lol
