Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Got our food at 9:45 dinning in. At 9:59 employee came to our table and asked if we were about done because they close at 10 pm. Be awhile if we go back. Also had to order chicken strips , said they were out of hamburger patties.

They microwaved my food right in front of me.
Tasted like freezer burnt meat.
Window attendant was nice but not friendly....food was crap.

Very good service, the young people are always very friendly. The food and their cones are also delicious.

Very good food and service. I had a burger combo with fries and soda. It was out fast and spot-on quality-wise. Much more affordable than another burger spot just down the road, too. I like the older building and the retro booths. Reminds me of simpler times. I'll for sure be adding this place to my favorite spots for a quick lunch.

The food is always hot and fresh when I eat here the staff is friendly just great service all the way around ....

Great food and service

Visited twice as moving to the area. Good food as normal DQ. Used drive thru service..all other DQs have offered my puppy a pup cup. I will never ask just the way I am so maybe that's on me. The service is fast but employees I've had so far seem cold when trying to engage w exchange. Who wouldn't be happy see a puppy. Don't trust those people lol

Got there at 9:39 thy told me the grill was shut down couldn't get a burger happen to me multiple times maybe they should announce that they close at 9 pm not 10pm

Horrible service, went through drive through got handed the wrong thing, went inside to a little red head girl with an attitude who made us wait 20 minutes after she made sure to serve everyone else first and then asked for a receipt that they never offered us. It was literally the same size blizzard but a different flavor, cost exactly the same. Nasty girl who gave terrible service. Will go somewhere else in the future!

I LOVE dairy queen and this location is always pretty good on food but the customer service (Specifically Kally the last two times) is awful. The last three times we've gone through the drive through, the employees have been very rude while taking and handing out the order.

lots of favoritism. so if u not friends with the workers they will skip u and make u wait. if u say something they will make sure u are last.seems like no one in charge there. place needs someone to make order in that place.
