I got a sonic toy for my autistic son and he dint like it and he had a melt down and threw it and burnt it while crying all because of a dumb looking sonic toy he dint eat for 3 days and he's in the hospital for depression and this could have been avoided by just giving him a good toy

By every time I come here it’s pull a parking spot we will bring you your food and I end up waiting 5 to 20 minutes every time it’s getting old

Every time I go here I ask for an only ketchup hamburger they go out of their way to put onion on every single layer of the burger, top middle and bottom. They are doing it on purpose, you can clearly see on the tag that it says only ketchup. They are wasting everyone’s time by doing this making everything slower when they could’ve just done the ketchup in the first place. I swear no other town does this, on this piece of crap one, honestly good luck if you go here.

This is by far the worst McDonald's I've been to, and it's repeatedly. And I've been to a lot of McDonald's. Always dirty. Drink station is always out of everything. Frequently mess up orders. Poor service. All around bad.

Takes way to long to get food out especially the drive through. Waited 20 min in the drive through they also don't hurry at all to serve you at counter and always fill the fries up half way also the most annoying thing is when you order at the kiosk they always forget to give you your drink and they run off before you even have a chance to ask for your drink then they proceed to look at you and act like they don't see you needing something so you stand there awkwardly.

Have to wait forever for your order even when you order through the app ahead of time. The food itself is subpar. Paying too much for fast food when it isn’t even fast. Right now you have 5 cars waiting to receive their food from the drive thru, it’s unacceptable. This has happened more than once in different times of day.

I stood in line for 25 mins before someone came to the register after finally talking to someone it took another 30 mins to get my order that was placed online before I had even gotten to the store. After I got home half of my food was missing and when I tried to call they hung up on me and refused to make things right.
