Have to wait forever for your order even when you order through the app ahead of time. The food itself is subpar. Paying too much for fast food when it isn’t even fast. Right now you have 5 cars waiting to receive their food from the drive thru, it’s unacceptable. This has happened more than once in different times of day.

I stood in line for 25 mins before someone came to the register after finally talking to someone it took another 30 mins to get my order that was placed online before I had even gotten to the store. After I got home half of my food was missing and when I tried to call they hung up on me and refused to make things right.

Every time you go through drive threw here you have to pull up and wait and they clear your order off the screen so they don't get on trouble for taking too long. When in reality they are always behind.

Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and took over 15 minutes to receive. Slowest McDonalds I have ever been in. People were very sweet. Obviously they were trying, just not enough people showed up or incompetence.
Men's bathroom had food bags in the floor wife said women's rest room had feminine hygiene products all over the floor drink station had soda and water and ketchup all over it and there wasn't a clean table in the restaurant yuck date was 9/2924 around 1pm wish I'd taken pictures

Could not understand the Drive thru order taker. Don't know what nationality he was. That does not matter. What should matter is management hiring the right person for the job. Took 5 minutes to order and he still got it wrong and I was charged too much. To top it off I had to pull over, along with 3 other cars to wait on fries. Told employee I was overcharged and just got "I'm sorry". And the want a higher wage......ha ha!
