Kindness, hospitality, and quality food were hallmarks of the service I received here. Ordered tomales and chips and salsa to go. While we waited my daughters were offered horchata on the house. Food was excellent. I recommend this family owned restaurant.
I have eaten hear for the past 8 years ish...the food is clean,.. and tasty the owners are respectfull and decent... I dont give 5 stars for free, .. you bet your bottom your going to earn them... and they did. all 5 stars... and these people did just that... fantastic everytime...not when they feel like it...... thank you...
Discovered Mexico 2000 on a motorcycle ride today. Had a torta deshebrada (shredded beef sandwich) which was bigger than my hand. Flavorful, and full of fresh ingredients, and the bread was outstanding! Chips and salsa were homemade and very tasty. Very nice people, and a surprise to find in small-town Missouri! I highly recommend it when you're in Monett.
