Got a carry-out LG stuffed crust, and it was up there as one of the worst pizzas I've ever purchased anywhere. They must have rolled out a medium dough, as it was paper thin. Skimpy toppings, too. Couldn't pay me (with free food) to ever go back. Even the sauce cups were skimpy. Shameful!

Can’t give a review for food nor service! We were greeted and told “Will get to you when I can”! Well 15 minutes later no one ever showed their face at our table! Very Sad! Grandkids wanted pizza! But after 15 minutes.we just left! Another Dad and daughter were there , They had came in after we did. And they left also! If you don’t want people to dine in, just lock the doors and put a sign on the door NO DINING INSIDE!!!! VERY SAD AND DISAPPOINTED!!!

I’m on here to complain about the treatment and service we got at monett Pizza Hut. We arrived at 7 and were the only ones in the restaurant at the time. We ordered a med pizza and some other smaller food items. Everyone at the table got there food at a decent time and we was still awaiting the pizza. People started coming in and getting taken care of as in, getting drinks and getting orders. Tell me why we never got checked on for drinks or our pizza for 45 minutes. But yet the people who go there way after us got two of their pizzas 45 minutes after our initial order. We where fed up and asked politely where our pizza way and they where very rude and had NO IDEA what happend. Mind you we had been there since 7 and didn’t receive our pizza till about 8:15 and didn’t get our pizza untill we were already about to walk out the door.
I’m not a bitcher and never complain about such things bc I understand under staffing . but we was not the only table who where fed up and some even got up to leave, bc they where not getting served and we don’t blame them.
Fix your customer service and communicate with your customers and simply apologize for the hold up AND DONT BE RUDE. it takes zero cents to be a decent human being.
The only postive was the tvs to pass the time.

It's been storming here for a week or so. They only had 2 workers at the time. Needless to say they . Understood the assignment. Good job guys. They got order out on good time.
Ordered a hand tossed supreme. Was soggy in the middle and falling apart. Horrible pizza. Paid 33 dollars for that slop. No longer be going to Pizza Hut. Quality of product has gone down so badly
