Refused to give me my pizza for over 15 minutes. Sat in the drive through while they just ignored everyone in line! Very disappointed!
It's been storming here for a week or so. They only had 2 workers at the time. Needless to say they . Understood the assignment. Good job guys. They got order out on good time.
Ordered a hand tossed supreme. Was soggy in the middle and falling apart. Horrible pizza. Paid 33 dollars for that slop. No longer be going to Pizza Hut. Quality of product has gone down so badly

You can’t call the store directly and the call center people don’t speak English clearly. Times posted on web aren’t honored by the store. Delivery not an option thought listed as one. Shall I go on? Horrible.
NOT ENOUGH MARINARA SAUCE ON ANY PIZZA I HAVE EVER ORDERED EVEN IF I ASK FOR EXTRA SAUCE!!! OTHER THAN THAT GREAT SERVICE.

It was nice and clean it was no Casey's there was very little on the pizza we got a supreme and it was hardly anything on it no flavor I'll just go to Casey's from now on

Is not good to employees.while I was working on late nights I worked very hard and couldn't answer phones my hours got cut despite the hard work I had to do.Tim the manager had hired 2 guys and cut my hours he is a shady manager during the 100 days I worked here 9 people quit very fast.It would be better to have a straight forward answer of why hours got cancelled but instead said because of phone not being answered.Due to busy environment and staying on go constantly couldn't answer calls being short handed.I have a life and bills to pay they need to replace this dude get rid of problems that hurt company.The food is great.otherwise.With how manager treats employees the company will constantly have to train new people.There are a lot of good employees here at this company hard working

Was told there was no dine in option when there was already another lady sitting there eating in. Didn’t inform us beforehand when my husband was waiting. Had to wait a good ten minutes before anyone came and spoke to us.

Pizza was gross and I got a refund .after checking my card that I payed with to see my refund I noticed they over charged me 10.80 when I asked about it they said it was not showing on there end and it didn't show on my receipt either but it did on my card so I'm getting it takin care of but beware.
