I was sick for days and i received an extremely hostile response when I complained about steaks I had bought and ate which made sick.
Yes I should have known better when I was dubious in first place over the quality and the smell but surely they should not be selling meats unfit for eating.

Bought two Ribeye steaks. Unwrapped them at home and they smelled like bad cheese and were sticky. A sign that they are spoiled. So didn't cook them and had to go out and buy more meat elsewhere.

I drive 40 miles to buy their ground beef (for my meatloaf) and their bleu cheese. Their products are delicious! I recommend them to everyone!

First visit. Looked great in the case. 2 lbs bacon and 10 filet's.Bacon is just smelled under cured and gross when cooking. We couldn't even eat it. Unfortunately, the bacon is wrapped around the filets....so, well.Beef tasted alright. Had a somewhat of a freezer burn taste. Drove an hour to try it, but will not return. I heard it's great and loved by the locals, but my experience was not satisfactory. Hope yours is better.
Baby Back RibsI stopped in the other day and took a slab home. We simply heated them in the oven and in 30-45 minute they were fall off the bone tender. Served it with a baked sweet potato. Great dinner.Thanks

Only reason I gave a 4 and not a 5 is because I had one bad experience out of many. My filets were not good quality meat. Tasted like it had gone bad or froze and thawed out multiple times. Im happy with the product 90% of the time and thats the best you'll find in town.
