If you have a basic palate for Chinese food then you’ll like this place better than I did. Soups were yuk. Crab Rangoon was simply a wonton. Noodles bland and rice overcooked. My only highlight was the general chicken was crispy and sauce was tasty. Black bean pork was good. Shrimp was heated up and had zero flavor and a weird texture.
Upon entering, the restaurant was clean and organize the food was fresh and hot. Tables were clean, three or four of the waitresses or maître d’ just kind of hung out at the register the whole time. Two waitresses were working the floor. And the food was good very palatable, someone else had mentioned that there was not very many vegetables to offer on the Buffay and I would agree with that. Basic selection of salad or dessert items. I’ve had better and I’ve had worse....
