why do y'all always send out burnt fries? I feel like y'all take left over cold fries and reheat them in the grease and send them out. they are disgusting! I've tried to get them a few times and they are always nasty! Please do better!

Tried to order through the app it failed talked to a supervisor he told me he could not honor the the half off drinks and if I was unhappy with that I did not have to order then walked off terrible service terrible management order elsewhere

I went threw the drive threw and sat for 10 minutes . Got my food and drink I ordered a route 44 drink strawberry limeade and took a big drink and it brunt my throat. I got to looking and my drink and it's white. I won't be going back. I love Sonic not no more

Waited 16 mins in the drive thru for two meals and a sandwich. There was only one other car on the lot when I pulled up. Watched 2 other cars that arrived after me get their orders before mine and at least one was food because they tried to give someone else's order to me. And my order wasn't right. Almost $35 for 2 meals with only medium drinks and one sandwich. Incredibly overpriced for the quality of the food and service. Won't be back. I could have went into a sit down restaurant and ate for the same price.

Chili cheese tots are good, but ask for extra cheese. The oreo cheesecake master shake is delicious. The cheeseburger and bacon cheeseburger are good. The sauce on the smashburger takes a bit to adjust to. Cherry vanilla coke is good. It's sad they discontinued the chocolate syrup option.
