Not sure what happened at this location but they went from good to downright bad and bone my oleatto everytime i have gotten it for months now, i give up, that cup cost too much to not only not be made right but made into a bad drink that gets poured out, what a waste of good beans and money ? and the staff could be a tad more upbeat and not be just as meh as the cashiers at the price cutter they are in. Ill stick to 7brew from now on

Had my wife grab me a nitro cold brew and they completely screwed it up. It’s a pretty simple coffee to make and it’s sad that they don’t even know how to properly make their own coffee.

The best Starbucks store front you will find locally. This has been my go to coffee stop for over a year now and I haven’t been disappointed once. The barista’s are always friendly, professional and fast which if you are always running late like me then you know the last trait is important! The only time I have not been satisfied, I took the drink back inside and the girls were so nice about it, made me another drink and had me try the drink before leaving the store to be sure it was what I wanted. This is truly the only local Starbucks that prioritizes customer service and drink quality. These ladies deserve a raise!!!

Like the coffe but I don't agree with flying the pride flag for June and not willing to put up our American flag for any reason!! Nobody wants to see that everytime we go to get coffe.

This is my local Starbucks, so I go there regularly. I have been using the mobile app since it’s been available which I love. I usually have a great experience. Even whenever there is a mistake. Most barista‘s are willing to fix it. No problem. Today I had a coworker pick up my drink, so I was unable to see it or taste it until they got to work, unfortunately it was made incorrect whenever I called. I called four times no pick up so I then had to call Price Cutter and be transferred to Starbucks barista’s in argued with me, saying that she was the one that made the drink and she made it correctly. I get this drink on a regular basis it’s my usual, so I know that it was made differently. Rather than being apologetic like I said, she argued with me and said that she made it correctly. I told her that I wanted to remake she did an offer and I told her I would be there at 8 am to pick it up on my break. I arrived at 8:03 and my drink was not made. There was one person in line their order was being taken, so not only was my drink not ready but she was rude and she did not apologize once I worked in customer service myself and that’s not how you treat your customers and if I go in there and she’s the one working, I will take my business else where.

Ordering the same drink 2 days apart espresso with some half and half and getting charged $2 more than first. Prior to that, I ordered Americano with a splash of heavy cream to lighten (not a steamed shot of cream) I never get the same product ordering or charged the same (usually a $2 difference). it's never hot enough. Staff will argue if it's wrong. I was told I don't know how to order. Funny that other Starbucks comprehend my order and don't overcharge. I've been drinking coffee for nearly 50 years. Have ordered from coffee houses since the 90's when Starbucks wasn't monopolizing the coffee house industry. MONETT MANAGER, please ensure that your child employees are trained in the craft of making "gourmet" coffees, terminology, customer service, and using the register where orders are interpreted wrong and are inconsistent in charging /OVERCHARGED.
