My only complaint is the price. I wish I could afford to eat here more often! Love the subs, especially the sweet onion chicken teriyaki and meatball marinara. The staff is friendly and work as fast as they can.

I ordered on the app, and it was showing the estimated time would be an hour. So I waited until the app said they were being made. And when I got there after an hour, the sandwiches were made 10-15 minutes after I placed my order on the app! I would of picked them up sooner if I knew they were done, but the app said they weren't even being made yet? 45 minutes they just sat there on the pickup rack, What a joke. I get this is a app issue, and I had no problems inside the restaurant, but still. I got cold soggy meatball subs because I Waited until the app said they were being made and ready.

I live in Monett, and for some reason I keep getting subway coupons in the mail. Why does subway keep sending me coupons in Monett when Monett Subway doesn’t take coupons? You have to really hate yourself to pay more than a dollar per inch of sandwich….

I saw a mouthwatering commercial for BOGO 12" subs available on the Subway app. I managed to get logged on, added my new credit card, and ordered (I thought) 2 foot long Philly cheese sandwiches for $13 and change. When I went later to pick them up, there was only 1 sandwich. When I questioned it at the counter, I was informed this store didn't participate in that promotion. I was furious. A. I didn't see an alert on the app that that was the case, and B. clearly, Subway doesn't give a rat's butt about its customers. I am furious, will never eat again at Subway--at least not this one.

The past three times I’ve gone in this location, Tammy and her team have this place super clean, always fresh ingredients, helping one another and being so outgoing and friendly with patrons. I think this may be my favorite subway location. Good job! Best fast food in town ??
