The food here is consistently mediocre, and on several occasions, I’ve been served stale chalupas and rock-hard chicken nuggets. What makes it worse is the completely unacceptable customer service. The staff is consistently rude, cutting customers off mid-sentence, rushing orders, and offering zero courtesy or professionalism. During my most recent visit, I was trying to get my rewards to work, and the woman at the kiosk outright ignored me, refused to give me a moment to sort it out, and totaled my order without letting me use my code. It was clear she had no interest in providing even the bare minimum of customer service. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and makes me seriously question why I continue to come here.

As soon as I arrived at the window today they rattled off 15 items they were out of, items needed for the majority of the menu. The manager should be FIRED if they can’t keep regular menu items in stock. Absolutely ridiculous!

We ordered a supreme crunch wrap with guacamole, 3 doritos locos tacos, and there was no guacamole on the crunch wrap nor on the side. Not to mention it was just meat and lettuce. The tacos were regular tacos and also only meat and lettuce.

We rarely ever eat here and this shows why. A majority of our orders are usual wrong or messed up.

Classics luxe box, came without five layers burrito drove 10 min back for it to be made wrong and the second come through the window with staff laughing about it.

First, we sat in line and couldn't figure out what was taking so long. There was only one person in front of us. Well, we learned why that may have been rather quickly.

We make our order of two bean burritos, two cheesy rice and bean burritos, and a medium Baja freeze. We get to the window and are told the price was over $40 bucks. We let them know that was the wrong order. My wife let's them know our order and the lady is pressing buttons with no communication for an awkwardly long time. She finally closes the window with no words. We wait forever. I guess they never had the order in the computer. We finally get our order. We get the wrong size drink and our handed the bags. One bag we are told is the cheesy burritos and the other the bean burritos. We sat there long enough so we left. We park to eat elsewhere and discover there was no mild sauce as requested and told was in a bag. My bean burrito ended up being half a cheesy bean and rice burrito with the nastiest cheese I have ever had. It was like consession stand nacho cheese. There was only one correct cheesy rice and bean burrito, too. The cheese was nasty on that one, too. The bean burritos were barely filled.

We would have gone back, but we probably would have sat forever again and still not have a satisfactory order in regards to correctness and quality.

I usually understand issues, but this was really awkward and the food was terrible. It is pretty hard to mess up a Taco Bell order. I only ever get burritos from there with no major issues. It isn't exactly a culinary delight nor difficult requests.

ALWAYS forget something, every single damn time i go & the tacos are a joke with the 6-7 strands of cheese and the 9 slivers of lettuce they put on there, prices went stupid but quality of food and service is at an all time low and this seems to be at every taco bell location now. Such a shame cause i use to love smashing a taco pack but not anymore at those prices for this skimpy turds they try to pass off as tacos. Do better taco bell
