The chicken was perfectly cooked, juicy, and tender. The green beans with bacon were a very tasty addition. The mashed potatoes were seasoned well and very enjoyableI had the three piece chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy and corn. I actually ordered the two piece and an extra thigh because I don't care for the dry white meat but the kitchen made a mistake and gave me the breast and since they are fried to order, I didn't want to wait to cook another thigh.All the reviews about the good fried chicken were wrong.It's awesome! The breading is so thin it's almost non-existent, but there is just the right amount to keep the skin crispy and hold tremendous flavor. The skin was so crispy it was like it was broasted instead of fried. The meat was juicy and tender, and I even enjoyed the white meat of the breast. I love fried chicken, and this is some of the best.Perri, our server, talked me into the extra seasoning, and I was not disappointed. Just enough spices to add a small kick to the taste but not make it hot.Perri was friendly, professional, and helpful doing a great job of service.This is a small place with just a few tables.Overall, it was excellent.Highly recommended two thumbs-up ? ?

BKs has really good chicken. The seasoning is perfect. The quality of the chicken is very good. Waiting staff was friendly and did well attending to us throughout our meal. They're always busy, but the food always comes out hot and delicious. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a place to eat in Monroe City.
