The restaurant was dirty, the food - a cheeseburger and a chicken sandwich (both plain) took almost 30 minutes to make, and the service - two high school girls - is hands down the worst service I’ve ever seen. It was so bad, I am unlikely to ever eat at Hardee’s again anywhere. Beyond abysmal and I truly wish I could give a negative rating.

Small Town Customs
Went here last night to get a chocolate shake. They said they couldn't make it .. Went again this morning to eat breakfast with a friend and ordered a loaded omelet biscuit and this is what i got .. pathetic.. i also asked why they couldn't make milk shakes.. NO MILK.. and 4 different sodas in the machine are out... And they're out of ham.... This place needs to just close down...

Customer service training would greatly benefit the extremely small staff at this Monroe City Missouri location. There were three staff working. We waited a full 5 minutes with no acknowledgement from staff. When my husband asked the staff if we should go through the drive up for service, the lead worker, Courtney gave my husband a smart aleck response for daring to ask for service. The food was luke warm at best and the dining room was pretty messy (food on the floors in several places).

Showed up at 8:22 on a Saturday night after a football game with a full lobby and the workers told everybody in line they were closing at nine that they weren’t serving anymore. What kind of fast food place closes at 9 o’clock especially when there’s a football game going on? they also cleared the drive-through line out. The place was also not ever well kept up and felt dirty!

Employees were rude and extremely slow! We were in the drive through for around 30 minutes and there was one car in front of me! Employee comes to the window and asked “Were you the one that ordered the 1,000 biggie bags!” I said yeah 3 of them…. And she got snippy asking if I wanted whipped cream on my shakes! Definitely would not recommend anyone come here!!!

Only 2 people working. I was the only one inside the restaurant and I ordered one combo meal. Took 15 minutes. A person in the drive thru ordered 2 kids meals, a regular meal and a shake. Their timer was at 15 minutes as well. I asked for my money back before they gave me the sandwich and I was told they couldn’t do that. This supposed came from the MOD. I paid $18 for crap. They gave cold fries to the person in the drive thru and when I mentioned that I was told they were new right before I got there…horrible!

Abby was a very kind, patient, and respectful person. she is always smiling and always enthusiastic about her job and her customers. she has really turned that place around from the 1st time i went in there. keep up the good work and keep being great abby.

We came on a Sunday around noon. There were 2 employees and it was very busy. But those two employees did a great job. There was a little bit of a wait for the food but that’s to be expected. Food was good.
