The woman at the drive thru window was not able to do this job. The order she gave us was wrong, drinks wrong. Then while we were checking our order before leaving, she asked us to pull up so she could serve the next vehicle. SERVE customers right in front of you better or look for a different job. If I ever have to go back if she is there I will go somewhere else.

Stood inside 5 minutes waiting to order. No customers or workers anywhere to be found. I hollered for someone but no answer then I saw the 2 workers sitting outside and Heidi was smoking. They came in saying they finally got a small break, but I never saw 1 customer in the 5 minutes I was waiting. None of the workers had name tags, but the lady taking orders said her name is Heidi.

Went to this Hardee's on May 16, 2025, and in the men's bathroom, one stall had an 'out of service' sign. The other stall had a toilet that had backed up with water on the floor. Dirty. I asked one of the employees if I could use the women's bathroom after she indicated no women were in the women's bathroom and told, 'No.' And she was rude about it. Never going back. I was a paying customer.

It’s wasn’t the greatest experience but they made everything right. The food was good, speed was on the slower side but not the worst. Atmosphere was lacking but again not horrible. There were 3 folks working and they were having issues keeping up. None of them had crappy attitudes it just was hectic. We had a sandwich made wrong when I went in to get it corrected they did it and made it right.

The Monroe City, Missouri Hardee’s is an absolute fail, I purchased two bag meals today the bag meal were two double cheeseburgers. One cheeseburger did not even have cheese. Neither had mustard both the bottom buns were so hard. You could not even eat them. The diet Dr Pepper taste like a combination of diet Dr Pepper, orange and sprite undrinkable how to throw it away the second bag meal too hot ham and cheese was far from hot same with the buns, hard as a rock and as always, the fries were cold. I was the only person in line and still had to wait 10 minutes for my food. Only to have disgusting food be bought out to me and you for sure don’t wanna eat inside because the building is dirty. I don’t know who the manager is but they should be highly ashamed of the product. They’re putting out close the doors already. It’s a loss.

Service was so slow, my chicken wrap was rock hard it just fell apart when I unwrapped it. You knowingly served me stale food when you wrapped it…… because you couldn’t wrap it. I’m driving and I couldn’t even eat the inside part because of how sloppy it was. No apology for the 20 mn wait after paying. Do better or go find another job that doesn’t involve food.
Dirty restaurant. Food took a long time to get and was poor quality, bun was tough and stale, hamburger tasted like cafeteria food. Fries weren't salted. Staff seemed frazzled and moved very slowly.
