Sweetwater Distillery LLC is an absolute must visit. This was a first time drop in with friends-who live in Monroe City. I was completely blown away—not just by the drinks, but by the whole experience. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back with friends… or just never leave.

Met the owners on a random stop in. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about their craft. Fantastic cocktails with very good spirits. One of the best Vodkas I’ve had along with a great bourbon. When I visited (11-18-24) they had an amazing Apple Pie moonshine. I cannot recommend them enough and would definitely say they are worth a detour. We were in on a Monday and were told they do music and have food trucks on weekends. Always a good practice to call and verify this though! We will be returning in the future.

Neat spot. Good place to relax and have a drink. Thy have nice indoor area to belly up to the bar. They also have a great outdoor space with games and plenty of seating. Nice pond here too. The only unfortunate part is lack of food options. Only have frozen pizza available. But would certainly go back.

We loved this place. Such great woodwork inside. The bar menu has something for everyone. We also had a very yummy pizza. The bartender was knowledgeable & very friendly. We enjoyed it all greatly. Great end to our Sunday funday! We will be back

Word to the wise... if you're planning to make the drive to this place from out of town, make sure to call and confirm they are open. They will post their weekly hours on their facebook page and then not actually be open on those days. Tuesdays for example... their website even says they are open 12-7... drove in from out of town to find the business closed. Suggestion to at least post adjustments to your facebook page if you have an unplanned closing.
