This place will let people go for having medical issues, but they tell them it’s only temporary, and then ignore them when they get medically cleared to come back to work. Absolutely disgusting.

The only reason I am rating this place so low is because on Super Bowl we had ordered 30 wings almost 2 weeks in advance, and once the day came, we couldn’t get our food. They were getting the people that had just ordered online that same day their food before even filling the orders that came in ahead. I know it’s a small business and they just didn’t have all their stuff straight yet. The food is great, the wings are very flavorful. If they could get their ordering situation down better, this place would have it figured out. I will update this review after this business survives for a few more months.

Wings better than a lot of them, but not best I've had.
Put in a pre order for Super Bowl wings. Went to pick them up, 20 people were waiting outside, went inside and they didn’t even have my name in the system to prepare my order when it was supposed to be ready at 5:15. I had a Facebook confirmation message but there was someone there picking up a very large order for the owner. Good to the know the owner was putting their party over dozens of customers. Dozens of lost and unfulfilled orders. Will never give this business my patronage and will spread this experience by word of mouth. I’m just glad I did not put any money down because I doubt I would have gotten it back because the man at the counter didn’t seem to know what he was doing.

I ordered 40 wings on Saturday for the Superbowl to be picked up at 515 on Sunday. When I arrived there were at least twenty people waiting for their orders. Upon entering I notice there were only four people total working. When I asked about my order I was told it was being made. Given the time and amount of people there I knew I was not getting my food any time soon so, I asked if they had started my order as to keep them from wasting food. They had no order for me in the computer or on any printed ticket. I had email confirmation they had received the order from the day prior. After I had asked about my order they said that they had an order for Josh which is my name so I asked what the order was. I was then told by another employee that the order was for their boss Josh. So not only can these people not plan ahead for what I would assume is one their busiest days of the year; They also compound the issue by ordering food for themselves during this time instead of being there to support their staff and business. These people will never earn my patronage and honestly shouldn't be business owners.

Love the portions for what you pay. The staff go out of the way to handle special requests even for my picky family. Love the wings even without tossing them in anything. And the wings are bigger than most places that I have tried. Always a pleasure to come in and order. And can't wait till they open up for seating

We did pick up order. Super clean kitchen... ordered wings and mozzarella sticks...really good! Big wings... fairly priced and ready for us when we got there.

Don’t sleep on this place! We stopped in and grabbed diner tonight and it was fantastic! We got breaded mushrooms I would say pretty run of the mill but good, Cajun cheese fries 10/10! These really hit the spot. Then for wings we got 20 bone in. Garlic Parm sauce was great, yum yum tasted good not as spicy as I would have guessed, Memphis sweet was delicious and Carolina Gold that was super saucy and 10/10. Highly recommend the wings are huge price is right on and the folks were awesome. Will be back often!

Every experience I've had with this company has been odd. The staff has been unpleasant every visit even though I was placing orders over $100. I tried to reach out to management multiple times over the last month without a response. I would love to support a small business, especially one with such awesome food, but their staff is absolutely awful. Snide remarks, and weird comments every time we go.
