High prices for terrible food. The food is awful and I wouldn't eat there if it were free.

Whether you’re dining in or ordering carry out, the food will always be fire! You not only get enough food for your money but it’s soooooo good! The smoked pork chop is flavorful and juicy, the sides are always good and when ordering carry out, they make sure to do things a bit different to ensure they stay as warm as possible for you. There’s a reason there are signs all over for this steakhouse, enjoy it!

I’ve eaten here twice and loved the food both times. This time I had steak and it was excellent. I’ve never had room for dessert here, but their desserts look big and delicious!

I have been visiting Harry Js for many years, always ordering the prime rib on Saturday. The service is excellent, and personnel are friendly. We had fried mushrooms, a salad, and fried catfish, which was excellent.

Looked forward to taking my husband, daughter, son in law and grandson for all our birthday celebration and the baked potatoes were burned in foil and hard. As a chef, I would have explained the situation, microwaved potatoes for the evening and NEVER would have served burnt baked potatoes. They were not edible. Spent $135.00

This used to be our favorite go to restaurant. But now the food is horrible. Our steak was the worse steak we've ever had. It smelled, and had a burnt taste to it. The fried shrimp tasted old and was not edible. We won't be back again. Too bad we used to love this place! The waitress was great however.

Friend and I were traveling back to Illinois when he noticed the Harry J's sign along the highway. So off we go to grab a bite. I wasn't expecting this place however it was so nice to find it. Historic building with lots of interesting decor inside. Staff friendly and dining environment fun. Food was so good and the steak I ordered was cooked perfectly. Steak fries were basically a baked potato cut up and they were so good I could have ordered more of them. Both of us we glad we saw this sign or we would have missed a great meal. Returning again soon with my wife.
