My boyfriend just showed my list which was a BACON egg and cheese wrap. I didn't get bacon.... how can you show someone a bacon egg and cheese wrap and everything you want on it but forget the BACON? I paid EIGHT DOLLARS for an egg onion and black olive wrap????????

Piss poor management can't even do door dash orders right then management thinks its funny you go in the store is absolutely gross and then on top of it a turkey sandwich which is not supposed to have beef products on it ( CROSS-CONTAMINATION ) of a hole sandwich and they don't wanna make it right I do not recommend this subway what's so ever if I could give it no stars i would this is not the only time I or my family and friends have had a issue that was not resolved

I ordered a 3ft subway sandwich just a cold cut and when I got it and then by the time I served it I realized that who ever made it put the veggies on the bottom of the sandwich and when they cut the bread they did not cut it in half we had a 1/2 inch on bottom and about 2 inch of bread on top so the bottom of the bread was so soggy you couldn’t even grab it to eat it , I called the day after no answer so I called today 7/1/2024 and they will not do anything about the sandwich now remind you it cost me 70 dollars for something that was nasty it didn’t even taste right ???? I will not buy subway ever again I will go to Jimmy John’s
I was told by the young lady there that I was not able to use my coupon for 2 footlong for 12.99 on my sandwhich which was sweet onion chicken teriyaki. She said there was a list of sandwiches you could get... I didn't even look at the sandwiches because I dint eat anything other than the sweet onion chicken teriyaki and I was so confused because that has NEVER been a premium sandwhich...and it has never not been something you could use with the coupon. Then the young lady proceeded to tell me that they get punished if they use the coupon on a sandwhich that's not approved and the loss of $ of product gets taken out of their check. This is a DISPICABLE business practice and I hate that I'm finding more franchises that do this. Idk how that's legal but needless to say I won't be here again.

We ordered 3 sandwiches 1 meatball and #20s and out of the 3 only 1 sandwich was correct. After we contacted them they said they were unable to do anything at all to fix their mistake and then hung up on me. Brittany had told us that we were paying for the meat and even tho most of the order was messed up they weren't able to fix it or even give us a refund. When I got there no one was up front but I could hear them talking and laughing in the back. They told us that it wasn't their fault because they were busy even tho there were only 2 orders on the counter both of which were already completed.
