Ordered an online order for pick up, one meal was made incorrectly and we were also missing an entire meal. We called and the manager argued we us about our order and didn’t even try to make it right, he then hung up the phone on us. We called back again and asked to speak to the manager who refused to get back on the line and when we asked for the owners number to complain about this awful service we have received we were told they were busy and hung up on again. My family has never received this type of service when we dine in as we do often and have for years. The manager is absolutely terrible, his customer service and example he is setting for his employees is not acceptable! Very disappointed with the service we received and the way we were treated!!!

My daughter has a alpha gal and can't have beef. She ordered an all chicken plate and there was beef in it. She asked for a new plate and they told her if she wanted a new plate that she would have to pay for it. She has a server reaction to beef. She can't have beef even if it touches her other food she gets sick. This place needs to read on alpha gal.

My friend has severe alpha gal and ordered a chicken only dish and found pieces of steak in it. When asked if she could get a new one because she would get sick if she ate it she got told no but she can pay for two. She was told to pay for food she could not eat at all. Do not come here if you have food allergies cause they quite frankly don’t care.

I placed an order tonight online. 1x Chicken Fajitas 1x LG Cheese Dip 1x Pollo Con Queso
I ordered the chicken fajitas. When placing the order, in the description box I asked for only onions, peppers, rice and beans with flour tortillas. No tomatoes salad or anything that comes on the salad. The cooks did not look at the description box. It came drenched in tomatoes, it tasted more along the lines of an Italian dinner vs Mexican. It came with salad and everything on it. The Pollo Con Queso was a very small portion. Definitely not worth the $13.64 for it.
When I went out to my car I decided to check the food. (I didn't realize at that time my fajitas were covered in tomatoes). My order was missing the LG Cheese Dip. I went back in with my messed up order to get another rice and beans with no salad and my missing cheese dip. The one guy tried arguing with me about my order. He said no its right I said no its not. I showed him the salad/rice/beans and then where is said no salad. I had to explain that 3 times to him it was only.rice and beans. Then I tried telling him that I was missing my Cheese Dip. He said no its in the bag and I told him it was not so he started going threw it. I asked if I could just get my rice and beans and cheese dip. It was more of a hassle than anything. I didn't finish my food bc it tasted like Italian food. My email stated my food would be ready at 6:25pm. By the time I got home at 6:40pm it was cold. WILL NOT BE BACK! Was not worth it.

Local police eat here so that is a good sign! Large portion and food is hot and fresh. Salsa is good, but didn't care for the chips. I prefer cantina style tortilla chips. I recommend the spinach enchiladas as they are very filling.
