I’ve enjoyed their coffee for years - it’s always stellar, but recently I hosted an event at their original location in MV. The event was incredible, Tracy was SO great to work with. She responds quickly and is sure to provide you with anything you could possibly need. We also used their catering and the food was so good, we received sooo many compliments on the food. Tara was our barista for the evening and she was also amazing. I highly recommend hosting an event here! I’m already trying to figure out a reason to host another one soon!

Stopped here on a road trip, and found the most amazing coffee shop. Delicious, friendly, artsy, fun, all at once. I like a latte with a thick, creamy, microfoam, and they delivered perfectly, and with ear to ear smiles! Even my favorite artist, jack johnson, was playing the speakers. Finally, as if it could not get better, the spinach parm quiche was to die for! Well done!!!!!!!!

Perfect little coffee shop. Excellent home made cinnamon rolls. Nice outside patio of the weather is nice but the inside is also very comfortable. Great coffee as well

They act like there is no such thing as the Corona Virus or a Pandemic. The tables are not even 4 ft apart much less 6 ft. apart. The employees don't wear masks or if they do they are down around their neck or hanging from their ear. It makes me wonder, if they are this unconcerned about the health of their patrons during a pandemic then perhaps that represents how concerned they are about food safety as well!

Walk in the door and immediately become seduced by the aroma drifting from the grill, coffee station and ovens. There is not a single item on the menu that is not delightful.
Stopped for early lunch. The staff was nice and friendly. Interesting menu as a coffee shop. Atmosphere is very country causal with outdoor seating.

I happened to be passing through Mt. Vernon and saw a cute little coffee shop on the main road, Mt. Vernon Blvd. I love coffee, so I stopped in. I am very glad I did! The atmosphere is very cool, cozy, and the coffee is spot on. I had a classic latte with a little simple syrup. Next time I am through town, I will stop here again. By the way, if you are passing by on I-44, it is not far off the interstate and worth a brief stop.

There wasn't much going on the night we went, but I think they have live music on occasion. Good coffee and prices seemed reasonable.

Adorable coffee shop! This place has great fancy coffee and great plain coffee. Good healthy foods. The cranberry muffins in the morning are the best! It’s like a fun coffee shop you would see in a big city, but we are lucky enough to have one here. Highly recommend!!! They have a drive through as well!!

If you get stranded in Mount Vernon, MO ... don't despair. While the town is trapped in a 1975 time warp zone, there are a couple of portals to get back to the present. One of them is the Keen Bean coffee house. The staff is friendly, the coffee is great and they have fresh vegetables in their foods. Also, the bathroom is clean and smells nice.
