This was the longest wait I have ever waited for “fast food” 60 minutes for FAST FOOD this is a disgrace. The customer service is horrible and you CANT refund my friend didn’t even get their order and the people who are working didn’t even help. Several people talked to the people working and no one helped them either. This is by far the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to. Even the food was cold. Hope this helps someone.

I ordered a three piece chicken tenders, three piece all dark box with cole slaw and Mac and cheese, didn't want the drink. Paid $25.00. On the way home I thought about how much it was and thought that was pretty high. When I got home and opened the bag, I had a box of 6 chicken tenders, a biscuit, potatoes with gravy. I like KFC, but after tonight, I won't be going to the one in Mt. Vernon again. I was hungry so I ate five of the tenders and the potatoes with gravy. I gave one of the tenders to my dog. I will not recommend this KFC to anyone.

We placed our order. Then the girl asked us if we would like a drink. We said yes, and then come to find out they didn't have any drinks. The tea was being made it would be 15 min, no sodas, so we ask for refund. They would not give us a refund. So we paid for a drink, but we did get one with our meal...didn't even offer us a free one for the next time...but that's alright there won't be a next time...

What a joke!! I drove 30 minutes out of my way. Attempted to order just after 5pm and was told it would be a minimum of 30 minutes, because they didn’t have any bone in chicken?! This isn’t the first time I’ve been told they didn’t have chicken. I thought this was KFC??

This place is horrible. Every time I go through the drive through they make me wait over an hour for food. Today I decided to order online and drive up there when it said my food would be ready, when I got there they were arguing with an employee and basically said if we want the 60$ worth of food we ordered, then we have to wait another 45 minutes and that they aren’t even entirely sure how to cook chicken. This is seriously getting ridiculous. Why hire employees who don’t know how to properly cook chicken?

My husband made it through the door in the nick of time with no time to spare. Because the establishment was closing. Clay was nothing but amazing. Kudos to Clay he deserves five stars.
My wife and I are truckers stop in last night and ordered a meal ( saucy chicken bites and ate about 3 of them before noticing the texture was rubbery so we tore open a bite and sure enough RAW through out , not happy about both myself and wife had already ate a few , took the chicken up front to counter and the cook said yep sure is , they said sorry about that and walked away. We requested a refund for entire meal and they got a manager he did give refund back to credit card. Not happy about and sure hope that we don't get sick . Also waited over 35 minutes for food . Will not be back .

Combined KFC/Long-John-Silver restaurant. Food was ok, the fried chicken was not as crispy as normal, the mac and cheese was dried out and seemed like it had been in the serving container for quite a while. Had to wait for service and get someones attention to be waited on at the counter. The restaurant seating area was half closed (unknown reason) and was not clean.
