The restaurant was clean, service was very slow. Multiple people going to the counter to find out about their orders. The kitchen staff were not wearing gloves. They ran out of several menu items. Every one has their bad days and at least no one walked out including the customers. We will give them another chance.

The food was so bad we got a L1 and L2 off the menu the chicken and the fish was dripping with old grease. The hush puppies was so hard we couldn't eat them. WE WILL NOT EVER BE BAD...

7pm and there was a 30+ min wait for chicken. Got home with what I ended up ordering due to wait time and the order was missing items. Bright side what we did get tasted good and was still hot.

Ordered the L4 with 2 pieces of fish. All the fried items were over cooked and super greasy. I called the store 3 different times within the hour to speak with the manager in regards to the poor quality of food. No one picked up the phone, not once out of the multiple times I called. The only thing that was eatable was the mashed potatoes.Oh, and they forgot to give us my daughter's coleslaw.

I have been standing here at the counter for quite a minute. I have had four people look at me, and not one person has said we will be right with you. Even when I spoke up, one guy looked up with a smirk and still did not say nothing, and the girl that was a few feet from me, never even paid attention to me after me speaking. Terrible customer service. If you don't like your job, get something you do like. January 30th, 7:00 p.m.

The food was mediocre. It's nothing like what Long John Silver's used to be. What happened to giving out the crunchies? The service was very slow. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very boring. I'm used to before when the decorations were fun and inviting.
