Mazzio's Italian Eatery

Anytime I get DoorDash here they always mess my order up. They never give me any ranch when i pay for it and when I ordered a large fry they gave me burnt crumbs that look they they picked them off of the bottom of their shoes, had a hair cooked into a pizza one time, called and they were extremely rude. This place is a joke.

Called in 35 mins before arriving and still sat there for 15 mins. Pizza looked rushed and definitely pulled out of oven before it was done. Worst location

Don't ever go in for the buffet after one o'clock, because the pizza is nasty and has been sitting there forever and they don't put out anything new.... Not worth it for ten dollars

The food and customer experience were incredible, very short wait time, as well as a very understanding, kind, patient, and attentive Cashier/Waiter with a very positive and respectful can do attitude, I even Left a tip, I was so thoroughly impressed, that im definitely leaving 5 Stars For Incredible Public Services, and this was our first time there and we were greatly impressed, I will definitely be coming back to this amazing establishment and will for sure recommend this place to more of my family and friends, Thank You.

We stopped here during traveling. The staff is so friendly. Great to talk with.

We called ahead to check if the buffet. Availability and was told that it would be open until 8 PM and then drove a 1/2 hour to get here, and it's not available today. Nothing offered just rude service

The pizza was so good!

Came here about two weeks ago and waited in the drive-through for over an hour before I was finally refunded due to there being no manager and nobody to make the pizzas. Decided to give them another chance and luckily there was a manager present, however it did take 2 to 3 business days to get my pizza and by that time the fries that I had ordered with it were cold. Used to love this place for their pizza, but now everything has gone downhill. Hopefully management can figure this out because at this point, I will not be returning

Little did these people know that I do these reviews quite often but the manager couldn't find number 8 on my order or our receipt I ordered my food inside I didn't think that I would need a receipt and you wouldn't think you would when you're ordering inside for inside service at this establishment now I've eaten at these establishments all across the Midwest and I don't have a whole lot of complaints except for this store today did not even bring me my pizza or my money back they gave my friend their money back because they thought their order was the order that got messed up when I'll actuality it was our order that got messed up and we paid in cash so I got I feel like I got screwed out of $40 which is the total was $37 10 I got $2.90 back in change and I gave it to the lady that took my order and the lady who took my order when I was asking where my food was said Sir you don't have to be rude I wasn't being rude I was being stern because I have a stern voice but I still feel like I got screwed over so thank you mazzio's you will no longer get my business or our friends

Manager and staff were absolutely wonderful. I brought my kids there for lunch and we had just missed the buffett and they went above and beyond to take care of us.

Always enjoy stopping by for the buffet
