I do not frequent often but I do long for the old days. I hate the kiosks. So generic and impersonal. Then they bring you your food which is nice but they do not bring condiments, napkins or filled drinks so you have to get up anyways. So sad
Went thru drive thru. Ordered 4 sandwiches. One was a bagel with sausage and cheese. The cashier rang it up as a bagel sandwich without the egg for $5.29. I convinced her to ring it up separately because it's only $3.58 when getting a bagel, sausage patty and cheese slice.
Used the app and made a simple curbside order of an iced coffee and large fry. The food was great, but it took ages to get my food. I thought curbside was supposed to be faster than drive thru, but I saw 8 cars go through before they brought mine. McDonald's also needs to allow customers to switch how they want to receive their order after paying on their app. I wanted to change to drive thru since it was much faster than curbside or front counter, but couldn't.
