When my order was delivered, it was totally incorrect. I called the Mount Vernon, MO store and spoke with them. Then, immediately, drove there with said order/receipt. They were very apologetic and did amazing with getting it all correct. Those girls did a great job. It was frustrating, initially, but mistakes happen and they did a great job of fixing it all.

Today at the Mount Vernon, Mo location I met the most beautiful soul at this pizza hut in Mount Vernon. She was nice and courteous. She was working alone so I could tell she was overloaded with duties but she still handled everything with poise and professionalism. The Crafted flatbread was off the charts. The Cinnabon were mouth melting and the breads ticks were scrumptious. The presentation of every order was perfect. Thankyou Cindy.

On the phone, I was told 15-20 minutes. I arrived 25 minutes after the call. I waited over 15 minutes for someone to come to the counter before I yelled back to the kitchen to ask if I could have my pizza. She told me she was busy and then proceeded to make a bunch of pizzas because she didn’t have time to bring mine so I never got pizza because they were too busy to come to the counter and take my payment and give me the pizza they made

The service horrible we had the wait another extra 15 mins to get our food cause it wasn't done by the time just for our food to look like this will never go back this pizza again and won't recommend it anyone either.... would post a picture that I took of it but dont give me an option too

Walk in, order to go. They did not have a menu or any assistance on pizza toppings. Just ordered a basic pizza and nothing else. Very poor customer service.

I ordered a medium supreme pan pizza. The guy who waited on me said he had a large instead, I totally didn't understand that! When we got home to eat it, it was absolutely horrible. The crust tasted doughy like it wasn't cooked through, everything fell off if you tried to pick it up. I have to say, this was the worst pizza I've ever eaten from pizza hut. I was going to go back in and complain but my mom didn't want me to. I will not order from this location again, with the price of food these days it's a real blow getting food that you've paid good money for but cannot eat. Highly disappointed!

I don't have my Pizza yet so I am unable to answer quality etc, however, Cas was great..I had a bad experience with the corporate person and/or call center approximately an hour prior . I'm glad I called back and got Cas which is a local employee,l(I asked). He was patient and walked me through the specials. Great job, Cas and staff here locally.
