I ordered a medium supreme pan pizza. The guy who waited on me said he had a large instead, I totally didn't understand that! When we got home to eat it, it was absolutely horrible. The crust tasted doughy like it wasn't cooked through, everything fell off if you tried to pick it up. I have to say, this was the worst pizza I've ever eaten from pizza hut. I was going to go back in and complain but my mom didn't want me to. I will not order from this location again, with the price of food these days it's a real blow getting food that you've paid good money for but cannot eat. Highly disappointed!

I don't have my Pizza yet so I am unable to answer quality etc, however, Cas was great..I had a bad experience with the corporate person and/or call center approximately an hour prior . I'm glad I called back and got Cas which is a local employee,l(I asked). He was patient and walked me through the specials. Great job, Cas and staff here locally.

Mt. Vernon Pizza Hut is getting worse with each order. We don't order from this location very often, but when we do it's even worse than the time before. We don't plan on going back any time soon.

They have changed their pizza. The pan pizza is nothing like it was and it tastes like chemicals. It’s gross. Pizza Hut was my all time favorite pizza for 40 years. Not any more. I cannot believe how horrible it is. It tastes like poison.

If you like pizza hut, then you'll like the flavor here, but you likely won't actually get what you order. It might be similar, but not right. My most recent experience is a prime example of what it's like ordering from the Mt. Vernon Missouri location. I ordered a deep dish pepperoni lovers pizza with extra pepperoni. My food was delivered with contactless delivery as requested, but they didn't ring the doorbell or knock or in any way notify us that our pizza had been delivered. Then when I opened my pizza, I had a hand tossed crust and the pizza had no more than 2 pieces of pepperoni on any slice of pizza. That's not even a regular pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni, let alone Pepperoni lovers specialty pizza which is supposed to have layers of pepperoni. I did order a special deal where a 3 topping or specialty pizza was on sale, but that doesn't make it ok to downgrade my pizza to the bare minimum and remove some of my choices. If this was a one time thing it wouldn't be a big deal, but this is way more common than actually getting what you ordered. I tried calling to tell them about the problem and after 5 minutes on hold, I started writing this review. I'm still on hold. That's pretty bad too. 15 minute wait time just for them to answer the phone, but who knows how long it will be.

Mt. Vernon MO Pizza Hut is take out and or delivery only. "Atmosphere" to me, does not apply.
Parking: Depending upon who is delivering, there "might" be a delay of some minutes as there are also Farm Roads/To ural Routes to deal with. A newer driver may not be that familiar with surrounding delivery areas as opposed to the immediate small footprint Mt. Vernon MO has. Overall, delivery drivers for Pizza Hut here in Mt. Vernon, are expeditious, courteous, and somewhat familiar with the town.With that said, patience may not be needed. Just keep it in mind.
