Near our motel, friendly staff, food very good but slow coming out of the kitchen. Cost was reasonable. Mom and I enjoyed the time spent at breakfast. Very good handicap accessibility.
Amazing local cafe, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner options from 8am to 2pm.

Limited dining options in Mt. Verno, Missouri but this is probably your best option. Our server was very nice and helpful. My wife had country fried steak and it was good. My fried catfish was very good, and the fried okra and sweet potato fries were also good. It is a large restaurant and there were not many customers, but it was blowing and very cold with snow expected.
