Management is a joke. They will argue with anyone and everyone before they admit fault. Not very B.L.A.S.T. of yall at all. If we ignore that, the food and drinks are not up to par, if you guys pass a single mystery shop I'd be surprised, presentation and taste are a major part of that score and yall are a 0 every time. They do not answer the switchboard correctly at all, and it's super rude. They don't repeat back orders, which is also a scored part for shoppers. And if we ignore ALL that yall really put up a sign telling your workers to give up their phone's (a $500+ expense that you would not replace were it to be damaged or stolen from said box) or leave like your service is good enough to afford being short handed as well? Your GM needs to be fired, and someone with actual sonic training needs to be running that store. I haven't managed a sonic in almost a decade and could still work circles around the entire crew. You're going to answer this with a basic corporate response, and all I have to say is, "Don't bother, just read this and do better because your guests deserve it." Thanks a Tot 😉

Spent 45 they didn’t hear that we asked for onion rings cool whatever. But what upset me is we travel 15 minutes home have my daughter eating her food and see they forget the mozzarella sticks and I called them to see if we could come pick them up real quick they informed that we had to bring all of the food back… after my husband ate half of his food and my daughter. I told them this and kept arguing with me saying they remembered putting in the bag. Why am I going to lie about not getting the mozzarella sticks? I would just buy more if I wanted more but the fact that I wanted what i paid for you want to argue about it and bring all of our food back so we can have cold food by the time we get home.

Very slow took them 20 mins to bring me a large strawberry limeade and a cup of ice ? I was a shift manager for sonic and time was everything I guess not here, they scanned my order off and yet here goes another 10 mins and haven't received my order

Every time I go during a certain time of the day, the drinks are way too soupy and hard to drink. I went early that morning yesterday four and the sodas were good went back later on in the evening, and the drink was not the same made as it was early that morning.

This sonic is absolutely awful timing wise the first time we came. I waited fifteen minutes on a flavored water that I never received because I left. The second time we ordered 2 wraps and 2 slushes along with some tater tots which took 20 minutes to receive. The tater tots were cold.... the slushes were awful even my 9 yr old wouldn't drink it.
I thought I'd give it a second shot and it obviously was just as bad as the first time. I'd rather drive to a different location
