Order always wrong, takes over 40 mins on everything you order even if just a drink or two that be 30 mins. Have to then fix order or just deal with what you get. Also they gave out coupons for the issues but they where all expired and back in 2014 so hard to not catch that one. Never going back if I can help it. And I don't usually leave bad reviews.

Both burgers were made wrong. The ketchup and onion only had no ketchup. The plain had everything. $28 plus for fast food, and since we were on the road, wasted money

Most of the order screens are broken. Food sent out wrong after telling them twice exactly what the order was. Now the food cannot be eaten. The person taking the order was obviously frustrated and rude.

I ordered an lg diet Coke at 230pm on a Monday, it was 3:05 when it was brought out. It shouldn't take 35 minutes to receive a drink. I was told they only had one swipe card and that they were swamped.

Absolutely filthy! Of you ever walked through those doors the store is disgusting! Corporate needs to come through and check this restaurant. Workers handle the food with no gloves, what kind of restaurant does that? Don't eat here!

We stopped to grab a quick drink while on the road. It took 35 minutes to get 3 drinks. That is unacceptable! The employee that was on the speaker was rude. I placed my order on my app and I couldn't check in. I told her that there was an order for me but she said she didn't see it and went on helping others. I would've just left but I already paid for it. She never did come back to me so I just had to wait for the screen to clear so I could check in. NEVER AGAIN WILL I STOP THERE!!
I am not impressed for 44$. we got a subpar meal with extra crispy French fries. The chicken tenders and chicken bites were good. Wait, it was long as I'm sure they are understaffed and had a lot of customers. All in all, 3. The wait was not worth it. Thank you for reading.

Ordered the food, had to correct the order 2 times, she brought out the food and still was wrong, and took my food back inside and instead of remaking the food, she just fixed the fixed by putting the barely any lettuce on, and 15 pickles, no tomatoes, and the other by scraping off the mayo and brought it back out, food was cold, my toasted BLT was NOT AT ALL toasted, just bread, 3 pieces of back right in the center on bread, so basically ate a bread sandwich, one hamburger had about 15 pickles on it, the other hamburger that needed fixed had a couple scraps of lettuce thrown on it, also my fries both just dumped into the bag and not even in the fry holders. My strawberry mangonado was NOT a slushie, it was all juice with barely any ice in it. Paid 32.00 for crap food.
