We stopped to grab a quick drink while on the road. It took 35 minutes to get 3 drinks. That is unacceptable! The employee that was on the speaker was rude. I placed my order on my app and I couldn't check in. I told her that there was an order for me but she said she didn't see it and went on helping others. I would've just left but I already paid for it. She never did come back to me so I just had to wait for the screen to clear so I could check in. NEVER AGAIN...
I am not impressed for 44$. we got a subpar meal with extra crispy French fries. The chicken tenders and chicken bites were good. Wait, it was long as I'm sure they are understaffed and had a lot of customers. All in all, 3. The wait was not worth it. Thank you for reading.
They were short staffed today but still performed like rockstars! Big props to our server, Chris, who was doing his best to get everybody’s orders out quickly. You guys did great today despite the ruder customers. Can’t wait to be back in the future because of your guys’ kindness!
