First of all iI would like to thank Tabitha for remaking my sandwich even though i made a mistake ordering online which this has been my very first time using the app. i dont like onions or tomatoes and i accidentally didnt click that off so i asked if they could remake it. Tabitha informed it was wasteful which i completely understood and in the middle of me reordering on the app Tabitha hands me a new sandwich and tells me dont worry about it, but her other coworker said Tabitha was only making my sandwich because we were being hateful. I was never rude or demanded anything I accepted my fault in ordering on the app. Her coworker after calling us hateful goes to the backs and hides. i apologized to Tabitha and didnt mean any harm. Trust me being on the road for hours coming into this store to finally eat only to be called hateful when i wasnt, this isnt something i was looking forward to. She needs more customer service and compassion to understand people make mistakes. i dont know if because im Mexican she called me hateful. But im putting all stars for Tabitha only she was courteous and nice and respectful.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever received went up there to get a sub for my wife and she forgot to tell me what kind of cheese she wants so politely asked for a moment to call my wife well she rolled her and scoughed I let that slide well after I told her what cheese she immediately started toasting and I stopped her to let her know that I wasn't done with the build well she scoughed and hatefully asked well what else did ya want ? I was a bit taken back I walked out went the subway at T.A much much better customer service and respect I recommend them over this subway very foul atmosphere

It's a subway lol they seem to at least be consistent on quality at most locations. Not a huge fan,but do have a few faves here. The meatball sub is fairly tasty as is the classic Italian. I do appreciate some of the hogie bun choices and the veggies are always fresh. Nuff Sed! 🤙
