Pretty average taco bell experience, the person taking the order at the drive thru had me repeat my items at least 3 times each. The items I ordered were so lean and not much to them it was basically a tortilla with with sauce and not filling what so ever. You know all the things you unfortunately except from taco bell but hope to yourself this time it will be different..

Order doordash and they completely forgot my combo and when my DoorDasher went to go get that fixed they ignored my modifications.

Very skimpy portions. The rice was old, dry, and hard. They charged us extra to grill our burritos but only let them brown enough to leave very light marks, but they were soggy and stuck to the wrappers as a result. The burritos that were supposed to have sauce had the tiniest amount and it was all in 1 bite. Even then, you could barely taste it in that single bite. What a waste of money and time.

I love the food, but how you treat your employees is absolutely dispicable and horrible. Your managers have come in plastered drunk NUMEROUS times, as well as high on weed and OTHER drugs I am choosing to not name. That is HORRIBLE to have in a kitchen when you are cooking for the PUBLIC. I am upset for every person who doesn't know this. Do better.
And if you want a 2 star exclusive experience, make sure to go during day shift...

Taco Bell in Mt Vernon, Missouri don't eat there unless you want some extra protein in your burrito. I found a long blonde hair in my 5 layer burrito. When I called and talked to the evening manger all he offered was for me to come back and he would give me a another one. Why would I drive 10 miles to get another one that will probably have another hair in it. I asked him for a refund and was told he can't do that. I'm very disappointed with this location.
