Usually Im a fan of Wendy's but my visit to this location was sadly lacking. The lobby was a mess & didn't have any straws or napkins. Bith ketchup machines were empty. We had to use the tablet to order & was never asked if we needed any help. Our nuggets were overcooked & the fries under cooked. Sadly there aren't alot of choices for alternatives in this small town. But I won't be going back to this particular Wendy's.

Finally get a chance to have Wendy's for the first time in 3 years, and I'm forced to use a kiosk for my order. Food was good and the person who brought out the food was friendly though

This place was disappointing to say the least. There was no one here but me and it took 15 minutes to get my food. The staff was cussing and complaining constantly to each other. Their friends were gathering around to visit talking about how drunk they were going to get and what their favorite alcoholic drink was that they were going to be drinking. Nothing professional about this place at all. The floor in the dining area had soda spilled everywhere and the floor was very sticky and nasty.

Told me directly to my face. They weren't going to take my order. Then they walk off. Whatever happened to customer service? I don't know how these businesses stay open.

Whoever Odin and Zack are they are incredible employees extremely helpful and talented individuals both manager or supervisor material they went out of the way to make sure my food was on time and fresh those boys do not cut corners if you know what I mean I’m almost certain that they are the original Dave’s grandsons! Never had anything from this Wendy’s location that I could complain about highly recommend checking them out!! Good people good food impressive!!!!
I went thru the drive thru. I had kind of a bigger order. I ordered the ghost pepper nuggets. When she asked if I wanted any ranch on the side. I said yea, I think it's the ghost pepper ranch. She kept asking if it was the ranch or the sauce that goes on the nuggets. I said I believe the ranch. I get charged for it. She doesn't bother asking if that was it, she just processed it with the total of that and 2 other things. I said I wasn't finished. She didn't answer. I said hello, I wasn't done. So then she got back on very irritated. I finished my order. When I went up, she still had attitude with me, I was super kind. She asked if I wanted a receipt. I said yes please. I had to pull up because it was a 7 minute wait on the potato I ordered. When I got home, there was no receipt, and none of the sauce we went back and forth about that I got charged for, and no sauce for my nuggets that I specifically asked for. No napkins. The food surprisingly was better than last time, but that was horrible customer service.
