So many issues at this McDonald's. 7 times now they have taken my code and my points and then claimed their system had a glitch and there is nothing they could do. Keeping my points and my food. I also don't think they understand the term fast food. Multiple times I have had to wait half an hour to over an hour to get 1 meal! 2 days ago all I ordered was French fries and it took 50 minutes to get them and the bottom half of the fries was chewy and cold..the kind of old that I would expect from leaving them on the counter for a few hours. The top half was new fries. Also huge life threatening issues with employees not taking allergies seriously. When they are told egg only and add meat that they were told I have anaphylaxis to and I ended up having to get a epi shot over. All we get from them is oops. No apology..no refund...unacceptable.

The other day I went there before work for simply a medium fry and a medium caramel frappe it took them 15 minutes and then I had to go up there and ask for my food so that I wouldn't be late to work. Today I went there to get my little brother dinner. I asked for a five dollar meal, which is supposed to be cheeseburger small fry four piece nugget and a small drink. This lady rung up a medium cheeseburger meal with two cheeseburgers, a medium fry and a medium drink, which is not at all, but I asked for.
