I really enjoyed the atmosphere, and the meal! The fries were so hot and fresh,and the Heath Blizzard was amazing! Very friendly service and I definitely will be going back to that location!

I will not go back..he ordered 2 strawberry cheesecake blizzards and there was no cheesecake in them they both had only two strawberries and the rest was ice-cream and grahmcrackers,we had to throw them away, they were not fit to eat

Thank you to the sweet angels who work at this DQ!! Tired Mom after a weekend of soccer....and they made my day! Thank you for the hot fresh food and especially for the hot fudge sundae they surprised me with. There is still so much kindness in this world and all of you are a blessing (hope they see this)!

I dont like the service in dq nelson restaurant. My kids felt uncomfortable because of the senior workers who are not the local people due to their inappropriate behavior and I came to drive thru yesterday, there is a bad lady who dont know taking orders perfectly asking the order again and again. I felt tired due to her words on 09/06/2025 in between 2 and 3 pm. Kindly change the drive thru and chill people because they are arrogant and i dont think they do work appropriately.

We Stopped To Get Fuel ⛽️. It Was A Treat To Have A Dairy Queen Attached. They Have Job Openings.

We just stopped in about fifteen minutes ago, the lady working the register (Barbara) didn’t help us for a good 5-10 minutes because she was berating the guy working the grill/fryers. He was trying to explain that something wasn’t working properly, but she refused to listen and just keep raising her voice about how HE wasn’t going to have fries for a customer. He tried again to explain that he would but she wouldn’t listen. He was very nice and even said to her “I understand your point but…”. Well Barbara still wouldn’t listen. She finally turned around and saw us. Of course she tried to be so sweet to us but honestly it was so unprofessional. If she needed to speak with him or “coach” him, she should have done it privately. I had secondhand embarrassment for her and felt bad for him. I had a very hard time holding my tongue. The restaurant was pretty busy so I didn’t want to upset any fellow customers, but she needs to know that was not necessary and definitely not necessary in front of customers and his fellow employees. We will not return if she is working.
