This is by far my favorite 7Brew! All of the employees are super friendly and always look happy to be there! I take my kids all the time and we haven't gotten a bad drink yet. My daughter loves the strawberry white chocolate lemon freeze and my favorite is the pumpkin white mac chai

Listen I don't mind 7brew but the service here is terrible and why is my chiller a complete different one than what I ordered. And the muffin top idk if it's old or what but why is it hard!!!...def not happy with 7brew after this visit...I'll go back to scooters they have more good options AND NEVER MESS UP MY COFFEE ANYWAY! She was beyond helpful with our order and helped us pick our drinks for the evening with a long night ahead of us! Her smile really brightened out day - and all on top of that, they were just SLAMMED with people and she was still so kind and helpful! I am super disappointed every time I go to seven brew I never get what I order this time. I ordered their new Santa‘s cookie mocha latte. I ordered it just how it looked on the picture. Add whipped cream had drizzle even said it had whipped cream with chocolate drizzle. I got absolutely nothing on my coffee and I have pictures. This isn’t the first time if you’re gonna show a picture of how something is on your menu that is how it should go out the door.

They need to have a lane that is four drinks and under because they make people late for work. I sat behind somebody. Yesterday and they had 16 drinks took forever. They need to have a speedy lane and all the other lanes. Otherwise I’m gonna have to stop going there in the mornings on my way to work. I can’t afford to be late for work because I got people in front of me ordering a crap ton of stuff this morning. I sat there for 12 minutes and somebody who was in front of me in the line ended up pulling out of line and leaving because they got sick of waiting. It’s a problem seven brew.

I always find myself driving through here whenever I make a trip into Neosho. The coffee is super yummy, quite a few options for sugar free flavors which I really like, and the staff is always friendly and makes me feel welcome! If you've never visited this place, give it a try!

The set up of this location is not only poorly designed, but because of that design fault people cant get in the line properly. One of the girls taking orders told a truck to back up to get in a different line and the truck almost hit us. I honked and the same girl that told the truck to back up was rude because I didn't want my car wrecked.
