Teen taking orders with hoodie on head, didn't look at me, trying to hide face And extremely slow. 4 cars pulled behind me, 1 left before ordering because so slow. I had to pull up to wait for food. All 3 cars behind me got their stuff and im still waiting. Went in store to check. No one greeted me, teen so slow dragging feet up to me saying, im bringing your food. Went to car but had to return inside to ask for receipt, teen manager was not nice, greeted me rudely and then BANNED me from a fast food restaurant! No problem there, will never return

I love Arby’s and their food, but this location is always a disaster. The staff tries their best, as it’s usually 3 people running the whole restaurant. I won’t blame them for this, but I will blame the poor management. This location is ALWAYS out of something. Tonight, it was lettuce, tomato, curly fries, and half of the drinks. The last two times was no buns, and no sauce, and it just goes on and on. At least this time the young man told us at the drive thru that they were out of half the menu items. This should be an embarrassment to the lady that has the audacity to put her name as the GM on the front door. Please don’t blame Covid or the weather or any of that BS. This is the management, plain and simple. Do better, Arby’s of Neosho.

Was not overly impressed with the staff (nor the food) in the drive-thru window.. But hey, everybody has a bad day every once in awhile, maybe this was their day.

Staff was alright and place was clean, but my beef and cheddar was dried out(including the cheese sauce) like it had been sitting out and a big portion of my curly fries were soggy and undercooked, maybe not shook the whole time they were in the fryer...

The food was good. Only complaints would be that the au jus sauce on hubby's French dip seemed to be watered down. Also, the dining room could use a good sweep as well as behind the booths. With that being said, it was during lunch and thy were a little busy.
The service was good and we got our food in a reasonable amount of time.

Unbearably slow. I waited for 15 minutes for my order and watched the chicken get dropped into the fryer. At this point I told him I had to get back to work and they insisted they already had the chicken up and ready to go. Play handed out two orders that were placed after mine inside and countless drive-thru orders. Not to mention this was the first time in a month I've seen them have curly fries. Thank you Arby's I did not get to have lunch today.

So I suppose the bowls just went cutting it? I wasn’t informed they were out of bowls…. A little head up would have been nice. I feel this is poor customer service coming from someone who’s been in management in many customer service jobs… I’m very disappointed I’d rather drive to Joplin if that’s what I have to do. Usually the service is amazing and everything is amazing…

Wow we had outstanding service today at Arby's in Neosho- Stephanie the lady that waited on us was very professional and kind and the other staff were quick to get us our food which was Hot, fresh and prepared pretty perfect!
I tell you After a hard week it was refreshing to be treated so nice at Arby's today and we look forward to return as soon as possible!

So horrible. Been in there 5 times and I always have the same worker name Erica, giving me attitude and talking bad about the customers thinking no one can hear them talking bad on people. Who would want to work here at Arby’s? One of the most horrible fast food, worst then McDonald’s. One of my friends work there and she feels targeted because she’s the only colored skin, she was nothing but nice but the two workers, making lie statements for what? You don’t want to be taken down, so you take her down before she could speak up? Where is the managers? The boss? Because this is something serious.

Our Arbys visit was a bust. First when we ordered curly fries they said they out so they offered reg fries which was a joke. We got 9 fries in our order. Next they were out of arbys sauce and the substitution was nothing like original arbys. To top it of we ordered 2 jamoca shakes that tasted like vanilla shake.
Well, Arbys I won't be going back for awhile.
Very disappointed!!!

I recently visited this location and ordered a simple ham and cheese sandwich, along with a shake. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. It took about 7 minutes to receive just the sandwich, which felt unusually long given the simplicity of the order.

Additionally, the shake machine stopped working midway through making my drink. While I appreciated that the staff promptly refunded me for the shake, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience, which would have gone a long way in terms of customer service.

I understand that technical issues happen, and I’m grateful for the refund, but a bit more communication and courtesy would have improved the experience.

The people were very very nice…caught me off guard how nice they were. Now the food…
I waited a while but I expected that because of what I ordered…no problem with that at all. The “curly” fries were all scraps from the bottom of the bag…both orders had them. The chicken bacon Swiss…their chicken is no good anymore. Years (many) ago it was good but it’s gone downhill and has gotten to a no good quality now. My fault…I keep ordering it hoping it’s what it used to be but it almost definitely is not.
