The people were very very nice…caught me off guard how nice they were. Now the food… I waited a while but I expected that because of what I ordered…no problem with that at all. The “curly” fries were all scraps from the bottom of the bag…both orders had them. The chicken bacon Swiss…their chicken is no good anymore. Years (many) ago it was good but it’s gone downhill and has gotten to a no good quality now. My fault…I keep ordering it hoping it’s what it used to be but it almost definitely is not.

Poor service, brainless management, and a hotspot promotion for a bad environment. Waited for a French dip sandwich for 17 minutes, over heard the front end women making fun of their cooks, and left one girl to fend for herself in the middle of a rush whilst they proceeded to go outside and smoke. Never received the dip for my French dip sandwich, and haven’t the past six times I’ve came in.My only regret is that I didn’t go somewhere else. Either hire employees that prioritize customer service over gossiping like high schoolers (the whole point of their job) or find a manager with some semblance of integrity.

I love this place. People always are so friendly here and I love their brisket sandwiches that they've come out with but tell me why every time I come through here their tea taste like dirt. Every single time. So yeah, I stopped ordering the tea. That's the only thing I have to say. Great sandwiches tho.

Placed an order online for a half pound BNC received something that had no beef. Ordered and paid for four cheese sauces was told only one was ordered never received the one. All of this would have been checked but lobby door was locked and had to go thru the drive thru. And we all know what they do to you through the drive thru.

Was not aware the hamburger was cooked to medium well. I don't like eating meat still pink. I didn't see anything on the menu saying the meat was cooked that way. Lost my appetite. After seeing pink meat.

We went through the drive through and ordered 2 crispy fish meals with curly fries. It took about 10 minutes to get our food, which was ok, except that we received crispy chicken meals instead of fish. We were in a hurry, so we decided to just eat the chicken instead of waiting again. One chicken sandwich was cool and one just warm. One curly fry was piping hot and the other barely warm. Both of our sodas were very watered down with hardly any taste. This was at 6:45 pm, and there were almost no customers there. I guess we know why now. The Sonic next door was very busy. Good price or not, bad food is bad food!
