I recently visited this location and ordered a simple ham and cheese sandwich, along with a shake. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. It took about 7 minutes to receive just the sandwich, which felt unusually long given the simplicity of the order.
Additionally, the shake machine stopped working midway through making my drink. While I appreciated that the staff promptly refunded me for the shake, there was no apology or acknowledgment...
