Food not as good as other locations we visit. Traveling and thought it was a good choice. Not the cleanest... will still visit our normal Brayms close to home.

Every time I have placed an order here over the past year, something has been wrong. I've received frozen hash browns, and totally wrong food items. This last time, I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and received a monstrosity covered in jalapenos. I'm not sure where the disconnect is happening, but the food is too expensive to be receiving a random item each order.

I ordered the Chicken Club Sandwich with no tomatoes and no lettuce. It came with ONLY mayo on the entire sandwich. That is a complete different sandwich than what I had ordered. There’s no way I waited 30 mins for bland/ soggy fries, no sauces that I had asked for, the wrong sandwich, and none of the sour cream, cheese, nor crackers that come with the chili. I got robbed like a mf.
I ordered a chicken club sandwich, with no tomato and no lettuce. Only came with Mayo on it. Got a completely different sandwich than what I paid for. Fries are bland, chilli didn't have the sour cream, cheese, or crackers.. and I also didn't receive any of my sauces.
