Ordered #6 with tea and I have no idea what I did get. Got home and it’s some kinda sandwich thrown together and a sprite, the only thing they got right was the fries. Very disappointed to get home and can’t eat what I spent 12.00 on. Tried calling 3 times they kept hanging up on me. Save your money go somewhere else.

Ordered a Bacon King meal. No mayonnaise and no ketchup. They slathered mayo all over the bun and then wiped it off when they realized that it wasn’t supposed to have it. I’m here to tell you, that doesn’t work. That bun is tainted with mayo. The flavor of it is still there. So I didn’t get my burger my way. I could only eat part of it without gagging. I threw the rest of it away which is awesome because of how cheap these are.

Poor and rude service, bad attitude for the manager, I believe his name was Michael also (after reading a lot of the comment I was probably given a false name, he is an older guy with glasses). The way he spoke after placing an order with my kids in the truck. When I pulled up to the window I told him that he was being rude and we could hear everything through the intercom which he was complaining about us placing the order. His response was AND. I then asked if I could speak to his manager and he said he quits, slammed the window on us. Lucky there was two younger ladies who came back to the window so we could pay for the order. The order was still wrong but they ladies did try to do what was right to make up for it. I command them for that. Will not be returning to that place in the future. Goes to show why there are so many bad reviews for the Burger King in neosho. POOR AND RUDE service for a paying customer with kids in the vehicle.

The food was about the same quality you would expect from Burger King. It came out at a reasonable time. Overall a okay experience.
Super grouchy to us at the drive through. Ordered 2 whoppers with cheese. Neither had cheese. Mustard was literally pouring off both burgers. Fries was absolutely disgustingly cold and soggy. We ended up not even eating it was so nasty. I'll just keep my $26 next and go next door to KFC. If I could give this store -5 stars I would.

We haven't been to a BK in years. Placed a mobile order and when I came through the drive through, my window stopped working so I had to go inside to pick it up. I'M SO GLAD I WENT INSIDE! The customer service was above par. My boys were offered crowns, and not just passively. It made my son's day. The food was delicious. Best French fries of any fat food I've had lately. My burger came exactly as ordered (no onions and I changed the sauce). I even checked the lettuce for bruised or soggy leaves and found none. ?? Highly recommend you stop inside, but this place is worth a visit.

Excellent service and always kind people. The man at the first window is always incredibly welcoming and nice, even gave us 2 crowns today! Very fun time. I believe the manager was also working today and he was wonderful! Gave us the best cookies ever!! Great service great people yummy food
