The food is really good, the service would have been a 5 but I was denied a refill on coffee because I was the only one drinking coffee so the waitress wouldn't make another pot unless, and I quote, "You want to pay for the whole pot."

All I can say is WOW! The double cheeseburger is one of the best if not the best burger in the area. Made fresh to my order, just the way I like it, with a toasted bun, mustard, onion and pickles with just a hint of char on the edges of the burger patties. If you are not eating here you are missing out. That being said, call ahead or be prepared to wait - perfection takes time, but the wait is well worth it.
Myself and a few of the guys from work try to make it to Charley's at least once per week for lunch. We all agree that they have the absolute best old fashioned cheeseburger and fries we have ever eaten anywhere. It's always the same, piping hot and cooked to perfection! We usually go for a double cheeseburger with mustard, onion and pickle. We all love that combination and how thin they slice the onion. PERFECT!! They do not rush the process and you can tell they care about what they do. You should definitely call ahead if you are in a hurry. I think we are all going there for lunch today as a matter of fact.
