I'm not sure how this place gets good reviews. It does not appear to be clean. Took 50 minutes for bacon and eggs. Lots of excuses from the waitress. Cook has a griddle the size of a home stove top. No apologies about the time delay. Will not come again.

Ordered breakfast waited over 40 mins still no food waitress was rude and even more rude when I paid for my $2 can of pop and we left! Usually enjoy this place but the past few times we’ve gone she has just been rude no reason even with that place full should it take over 40 mins for an order and b and g and 2 eggs with toast!

Located just off the Neosho square, Charley's is a place that only locals visit. My wife and I arrived at 12:45 on a Friday afternoon. It took 45 minutes to get our food, but it was worth the wait. The hamburger and onion rings were as good as it gets. The spaghetti red was good, too. Only two people were working--the cook and a waitress. The waitress explained that our long wait was due to there being limited space on the grill. It also took a long time to get our check, but it's hard to fault two people who were working so incredibly hard.

I love a good old classic restaurant! Adds to the culture of a town 😁 anyways. Love the vibe of the diner. Though it is a little small especially when the place has a lot of people. Not much wiggle room.
I got the big old country breakfast and loved it! Classic around breakfast, and the coffee was good black. Only complaints with the food was the sausage was a bit overcooked (though I guess you can't blame anyone for doing that since its pork) and the white gravy was nothing special (I prefer some sausage in my gravy). Otherwise, great breakfast! Will definitely go again.
We had a large party and i asked if they would be able to accommodate us. The gentleman that helped me asked the gentleman at the long table if he would be willing to move so we would have room and he did with no hesitation. Very nice of both of them.

Stopped by for lunch and they had a rush going on. So although food did take a bit of time, it still came out hot and fresh. I had the double smashed burger with fries. When I tell you that this is one of the best burgers I've eaten in a while, it really was super good and finished my plate. Def gonna go back and try others too. Service was great and the waitress was very kind and I believe it was her husband as the cook, were both very kind and had a good conversation with them. Thank you and will see you again!

Still the best food in the city of neosho no other restaurant can beat the food, service, or the price and I've eaten at almost every restaurant in neosho and no other restaurant comes remotely close to the level of compassion that you will receive from the owners and the quality of food and service
