Charlie's is a little hole in the wall that is affordable and delicious with the friendliest staff. They're not open all day so make sure you check their hours. Be sure to put them on your list.
Located just off the Neosho square, Charley's is a place that only locals visit. My wife and I arrived at 12:45 on a Friday afternoon. It took 45 minutes to get our food, but it was worth the wait. The hamburger and onion rings were as good as it gets. The spaghetti red was good, too. Only two people were working--the cook and a waitress.
