I came in the other for breakfast and Angelia was my server. She did a fantastic job with taking my order and making sure I had everything to my satisfaction. So before I left I went into the bathroom and I’ll say it was worse than a truck stop bathroom. When I was walking back to my booth, I overheard I think it was a manager talking about getting a review and was taking the patrons phones and doing the review herself. I understand that some elderly do not understand smartphones but she should’ve been more professional and not pressure the customer and ask them for their phone to make a review for themselves. When Angelia asked me to scan the QR code around her neck, I asked why and she said it’s a corporate thing and her boss was demanding every wait staff to get reviews. I told her I’ll just do it on google bc I felt like I was being pressured( and not by Angelia) to force myself to do a review. All in all, food was good, Angelia was the best!!

Service is good, food is very inconsistent. Ordered food for pick up today to take home to my wife. Fries and burgers both cold, no bacon even though I payed for it. Manager couldn't/refund the mistake without me going back in.

The food was awful and the staff disappeared we didn't get our milk till the end of the meal the hash browns were dry like they set under a warmer for hours and were almost burnt they tasted as though they never clean the grill The waitress finally took the hash browns off the bill after two separate orders we're just inedible the manager when we tell them didn't care and we told him we would not be back. He was unphased and just said okay problem so we are fixing it ourselves and we will not be back

Upset because they discontinued hazelnut creamer. Other than that, we like going here. They are usually short staffed. The food and coffee is always good.

The staff was very nice. The food was not good. The chicken fried steak looks extremely disgusting. Watery chunky substance that I assume was gravy. Totally inedible went to the dogs. Tried to call and speak to a manager but was on hold for 15 min. I hung up and now posting this.

Two other groups of people arrived after us and received their food before we got ours.
I ordered a special subscription, a veggie burger and turkey bacon, when the food was delivered it wasn't hot as expected, we also ordered a dessert that the waitress forgot to make.
This location seemed to be well staffed, two kitchen staffers and four servers. I'm not sure what the issue was this evening.
Dietary restrictions: They do now offer a black bean based veggie burger that can be swapped from any hamburger on the menu (for a modest upcharge). And they offer turkey bacon, this was a great opportunity for me since I suffer from Alpha gal syndrome, a tick borne illness from being bitten by a lone star tick.

Never got a refill. Never got a refill on coffee either. No extra napkins. Never came to check on us until she dropped off the bill. By that time I hate to say it but we left without tipping. She needs to be trained again on how to earn a tip not just deliver the food.

I swung by this Denny's in neosho while I was passing through. My wife and I both had breakfast I had the Grand slamwich and she had the basic breakfast with eggs and sausage and ham. The food was pretty okay like I said but definitely nothing to brag about it was average at best.,
