We ordered Pizza and salads to be delivered at our motel room. We ordered 1/2 sausage and 1/2 hamburger. With onions and mushrooms on all. They only made 1/2 hamburger. The other 1/2 had no meat on it. My crouton packet in my salad were open, and soggy! We have had lots of Dominoes pizza and we were. We disappointed in this one. Delivery guy was very nice. It was over $40 so very disappointing.

I have ordered from this store many times no issues. This time wow...my order was 69. And change. The 2 pizzas were fine. The pasta Primavera, 1 was over cooked and mushy and mine was way beyond under cooked. Had NO flavor and neither had mushrooms. Little to no Alfredo sauce. Now 5 cheese dip with knots for 8.99. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. The container was made 1/2 of cheese was burnt to pan. Chicken wings were good. Over all I was Very disappointed. It maybe my last time it's sad.

I can't justify ordering anything from this location again, I'm tired of playing food roulette with my orders. If it isn't wrong, (like tonight) it's burnt (like my last order). Replace everyone, management included. Pizza shouldn't be this difficult.
This food was so phenomenal it helped me find christ, the holy ghost invaded my corporeal form and allowed me to transend taste and sensation, God himself spoke to me on this holy discus of dough and bliss, he told me this is eden. We ordered dinner through the app tonight and picked up at the store, which we do often. I enjoy earning the reward points and they have always produced great food for us. When we sat down at our table to eat, we realized our chicken bacon ranch pizza was thin crust, not hand tossed, and was missing sauce. I’m not a picky eater at all - and I was prepared to eat what we had- but I was struggling to get through the first slice. I threw in the towel. Husband and I were both disappointed, but I hesitated to call the store because I HATE making a fuss. After some discussion, I decided to call the store to see what our options were because I was hungry and very uninterested in suffering through the pizza we had.
The young man that answered the phone at the store was kind and listened to my description of the pizza and I asked if it was possible to get a remake. He didn’t hesitate and said “absolutely! You said CBR, hand-tossed, with no tomatoes, correct?” I said yes. He replied with great “We will deliver it to you and add a lava cake, on the house.” I never expected delivery to be an option, or the cake to be added, but it was much appreciated!!
I was so surprised we didn’t have to go back to town (even though we were prepared to go). We live a mile too far for delivery through the app, but the gentleman in the store never hesitated to deliver our food to our home to make up for the mistake.
Our food arrived in about 15 minutes and the driver was a very nice young lady. I wish I would have gotten both employees names so I could brag on them directly. Food was hot and 10/10. Husband and I both were very happy with the remade pizza. I won’t hesitate to order from them in the future. Mistakes happen, especially on a busy holiday 🇺🇸 evening. Thank you for providing great service Domino’s Neosho!
