The rice was a weird texture and made me cringe, it was very small (it's rice, it's small) but it was really tiny and the texture of it was kind of like chopped up jello. I also got food poisoning, so that's also a reason for a 2 star rating. The food was okay.

I've ate at this restaurant for year's but after my last experience there i will never go back . I ordered on line went to pick it up and they had canceled my order due to a mistake supposedly due to their online ordering. I asked if I could still get my food since I already paid for it and they told me no id have to pay for a hole new order Which makes no sense to me . Said my money would be refunded? I guess will see . Would definitely not recommend this place any longer.

My favorite place to eat, my daughter had severe Autism and a rare disease that messes with her motor functions. So when she eats, she tends to make a mess, and they are absolutely fine with it, they are very, very nice. It's easy to get in to get your food fast and the food is delicious. And they don't make you feel out of place or anything like that.If you have a disabled child. Very welcoming and will Accommodate any special needs.You have more than happy.

El Charro was a great stop. The beans and rice were delicious, the chips and salsa were plentiful, and my steak was cooked perfectly. The dishes my friends ordered looked great too. All around, a tasty and satisfying meal.

Food was gross the manager was absolutely disrespectful. Voiced our concerns just for the big manager to say he didn’t care we will pay for food we didn’t eat at all. Rang up the wrong thing from what we had actually ordered. Manager threatened to call the cops on us. Not to mention he flipped us off as we were walking out.
So if you’re craving Mexican food this is not the place to go. If you want horrible customer service this is the place to go. First time at this Mexican restaurant and we were not impressed at all. We could have gone to Taco Bell and for better food!

Had gone a year or so ago and it was good. Not this time, definitely not worth the money and I had to ask for to go boxes, cups, no one came to check on us as there was no one else in there. Very disappointed.
