Food was good. My chimichanga was a bit undercooked. The Spanish rice was the best, however. Out of all the Mexican restaurants Mom & I have been, the rice was the absolute best here. My mom loved her food. She generally eats like a bird, but she cleaned her plate & brought her soup home for dinner which she said was incredibly tasty.
Ate here for first time tonight and was extremely impressed. The chips were fresh and crispy and the salsa was tasty. In our group of 3, we had 2 burritos & 1 quesadilla; each person thought his entree was delicious. I highly recommend El Charro!
Mexican food is always my go-to. We were in town and decided to give the place a try. The bathroom smelled terrible, like it needed a good deep cleaning. I'm not sure what was going on with the salsa, but it tasted awful. The prices were great and our food was ok. There was quite a bit of oil and grease on our plates. The waiter was great.
