Neosho location . I have been eating at this place for 20 years . Tonight was my worst experience. Nothing was hot . Not even the tortillas nit even a little bit kinda hard actually.
We got 2 chicken quesadillas 2 bean burritos 2 Cheeze burritos The cheese was NOT MELTED in the cheeze burritos !!!! the Quesadillas didn’t have much of anything on them . The bean was all the way cold . In the drive through with two cars being me there was 4 workers we sat at the window for 20 minutes just watching everyone hand out doing nothing . We bought 4 sides of mild but got hot went back to buy 4 more milds still was charged to still get 4 got after having to wait another 15 minutes. I drove 45 minutes to eat here have always loved it have to say very very disappointed.
Waited for awhile for a taco salad. They were all having an off day.

I ordered 4 tacos - two were crumbs where the guy crushed the shells while fixing. Instead of grabbing another shell, they send it out. I pay over $11 for 4 tacos and a medium Pepsi. If business is this bad it won't be long these doors will shut. This food use to be good. Not anymore! I won't be going back....

They are not associated with the Webb City and Joplin Stores so they do not have waffle fries or tea by the gallons but the employees were nice and the service was fast.

The food is decent but the service is terrible, one guy particularly is super rude! Little bald guy with glasses had an attitude the entire time we were ordering “so what if we’re specific with our order” he walked away shakeing his head angrily and annoyed then went over to where we have the papers and licked them I guess to fold them but didn’t even change his gloves after then went and handled food. I’m disgusted by this man and his behavior, I work In customer service and wouldn’t treat my customers like that.

The prices was way over priced for the amount of food . The food and decorations are old and out dated . The meat was in of being drained and was not just greasy seemed watered down .
